She informed me that the dr wouldn't return until april. i asked if she could just write my normal script with 2 refills like I had been getting. She said yes and scheduled my appointment in April with Dr Pierra. i get to CVS and script is only for one month. i called and made another appointment for refills for February. she said i didn't need to come in that i could have just called and they would have refilled. i go to cvs and this time i only get 30 pills instead of my usual 90 as bottle says take 1 tablet 3 times a day x 30 days =90. i called them up numerous times with no return phone calls. you are not supposed to just stop taking this medication without weaning off. i have severe anxiety and depression since leaving a very successful career due to health issues. i also noticed every time i get a script or bill it is from a Dr that i have never saw or met. they are committing insurance fraud.these people don't care about patients at all and I told them that i am done with them and will be reporting them.These people have a God complex and want you to beg them for your medication and like to make people suffer. they should be ashamed of them selves.Live a day in my shoes and i bet your attitude would change.

They also try to pull this when you need a referral for a specialist. They also treat you like a number and not a person. One visit I had at another location, the nurse practitioner kept calling me by the wrong name and kept insisting that I needed a particularly disgusting and invasive female test. I asked her if she had bothered to look at my patient file, she was indignant that Of Course she had. After I allowed her to dig herself deeper in the hole she had dug herself into, I spoke up and said "IF you actually HAD bothered to look at my patient file you would have seen that you've been calling me by someone else's name AND that I had that body part that you tell me I need tested removed in 2008." Now if something like this and also wanting unnecessary and excessive blood tests every time you go to the office done doesn't make you feel like a total POS, I don't know what does. I went in to get an ear infection checked and was told by the nurses aid that the doctor wouldn't check my ear unless I had this long list of blood tests (including AIDS and Hepatitis!!!!) in their lab first!!!! What does ANY of this have to do with an ear infection? NOTHING!! Plus they had all the records and test results from my prior PCP that were just done!!! Stay away from this place....FAR away!!!!

Felt very comfortable for a procedure I was very scared about and they are very non judgmental. For anyone worried about being judged I recommend coming here because they truly do care about your well-being. I understand a lot of the reviews but as a disclaimer their calls don't go directly to them the reason it's impossible to get through to them it's because it goes through a call center first. Also to the boomers that say they didn't get any notifications about their appointment, I got approximately 30+ text messages and emails reminding me about my appointment. Only disclaimer is if you're looking for an IUC insertion with local anesthetic they're unable to do it at this clinic! Otherwise 10/10 would come back + very diverse staff!

We were fortunate to get him because if I am not mistaken, just by word of mouth recommendations I think that he a very busy doctor. There is a reason for this even though I doubt that he would turn any one away, but because he is such a good doctor he stays very busy. He listens to what you have to say. And for us seniors who have been through illnesses for quite a while that is so important. If we contract something that we have never had he is informative. Empathetic and precise. And even though he is such a busy doctor he takes his time to listen understand and evaluate your sickness. I would venture to say that I am turning 67 this year and to date he is the best doctor that I have ever had. So much so that I feel like writing a review. If you contact his office and he has openings it will be one of the nicest things that you have would have done for yourself. If there were ten stars I would have given him ten.

I'm being told to do everything myself, and having to go back and have everything re-done. Got the email 4 days ago that my referrals were ready, called both specialists today to try and schedule appointments, and neither had received my referrals from my doctor. Literally the ENT that the referred me to, that is on my referral, is retired. Was told to call my doctor back, and try and get them to change it. Called my doctor, and the number literally wouldn't pick up, and also said the mailbox was never set up. So can't reach her. Now calling the actually Sanitas facility themselves, and they're literally just giving me the run around saying to check back in 48 hours. It's already been almost a week since my initial appointment, and I'm now waiting, for 2 NEW referrals because 1 is retired, and 1 never received a referral for me. *Adding to this: I called my actual insurance company, to get this straightened out, since the actual facility was 0 help. The representative from my insurance company, actually spoke to them on the phone with me, and witnessed how unprofessional and unhelpful they actually were towards me and in rectifying the mistakes they made as far as my referrals. The man on the line's name was Anthony I believe. He repeatedly told us "I've done my job, we've done our part, please call back in 48 hours." Refusing to help, and also confirming that he lied, previously on the phone to me, when he told me he had sent in a request for a new referral for me. He in fact did not. When the representative on the phone also heard him being rude and unhelpful, and tried to offer other solutions, like asking for the referral from a different provider at this same facility, because my current provider couldn't be reached. He proceeded to once again tell us, he can't help with that, and that i'd need to schedule a new appointment myself, with a new provider, and also, wait even longer! The icing on the cake though, the main reason I decided to actually leave this review. Is because when he was I guess tired of dealing with us, he decided to be even more unprofessional, and pretend he couldn't hear us. He literally started going "hello, hello, hello, can you hear me? hello", to which the insurance representative responded saying we could in fact hear him, and I pointed out to her this is exactly how he was behaving towards me earlier as well. The representative then instructed him to hang up, because he obviously was doing it on purpose and wasn't going to help. He then proceeded to refuse to hang up, stay on the line, and listen, while I was complaining to her about this exact rude and unprofessional behavior, to the point where she literally asked me to hang up the call, so she could call me back without him on the line. Absolutely horrible customer service, and he absolutely should not be working there.
