I paid him faithfully every two weeks up until October 2020 to mow my grass in the spring and summer and to blow my leaves in the fall. (He even mowed for free for two weeks in April of last year during Covid because I am an emergency medicine PA/essential first line worker. That actually touched my heart and I even bragged about him doing such a kind thing.) Suddenly in October he ceased coming. I text messaged him multiple times and called to get no answer. I even messaged him through Venmo. I was actually worried that something may have happened to him or he could've gotten Covid and that could have been the reason he just never came back and never returned my calls. He to this day has not called or messaged me back. His business Instagram shows that he's posted recently so I decided to try messaging him that way. The uploaded screenshots show that he read my message but clearly was unprofessional and did not bother to respond. This is not the way to do business. I will surely make sure that I let anyone that may be interested in using him know about this. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.
