Fast forward....we just received a disturbing email from Weeded stating we owed hundreds of dollars and would be taken to collections and court if we didn't pay right away. Yeah, the problem is we cancelled their service last summer when we moved (7 months ago) and we have an email confirmation proving it. Oops, they hadn't turned off auto-billing when they cancelled our service. You would think any reputable company would at least apologize for their mistake, but I guess that's asking too much.

Not only did they not contact me to let me know they were coming But they showed up on a weekend that I was out of town for two days. My dog sitter came early Saturday... and I got home late Sunday They showed up to do the leaves without notification, other than an email that I did not reply to because I did not get it as I was out of town And let my dog out of the fence and then locked her out She was outside for a full 24 hours with no food or water I am just lucky that she was not hit by a car or left the area of my house I highly do not recommend them, they do not communicate well, or even listen to their customers Choose someone else
