Chris Fleming, the project manager, came back out and saw the mess and immediately requested that dispatch send another team out. Diego and Wilbur came today. Dispatch told me before they came that they are an A+ team. They were absolutely wonderful. They cleaned the bathroom until it was spotless. They had to tear out a bit more of the paneling in the basement and some more ceiling tiles and they cleaned and sanitized EVERYTHING in that basement. We were in the house, so we had to point out areas that they missed. They did clean some afterwards, but we found more areas uncleaned after they left. If someone is paying over $200 for cleaning, I would expect service to be a little better and the person cleaning to be more proactive. 06/18 updated rating down to one star because we found more webs on the wall and corners and bunch of uncleaned spaces.
