He gave me a breakdown of the cost and times of the classes. I came down and the facilities were well maintained and clean. They gave me a loaner Gi and had towels and showers available for after. Professor Cassio taught the class and had a killer warmup. He trains a lot of open guard and you can tell his students are well versed in it. I rolled with him (I'm a blue belt) and he was helpful and controlled. I would go back next time I'm in town.
