Carlos is great! Great staff! I was just smaller than everyone else. Felt inadequate. Couldn't start off mounts right. So after one trial class I regretfully never went back. Which sucks cause I love the other guys, staff and atmosphere. Just felt undersized and like I was simply a failure holding everyone else up learning and my size. Super disappointed in myself not the company or ppl there. They are amazing. Kind. Supportive. Prices aren't bad for members. Really wish more MMA not just Saturdays. Yoga???? My wife wants to do Yoga if it exists???? read more

Our Academy was founded in 2011 by Professor Carlos Mendez and has become the largest Martial Arts Academy in Southeast Ohio offering a state of the Art Facility with over 1,500 sf of training space.
