I was told they weren't the 'coat factory' any more & they only had a few coats left on the clearance rack. He seemed to be in charge of things by the way he spoke (manager maybe) but he took me over to where the coats were. I found one I liked for a really good price, but it had a little damage. I thought if I could find the manager again maybe he would give me a discount. When I did find him he offered a 50% discount (though I couldn't return it). I agreed & now I am a very happy customer. I plan to go back when I need something.
