Established in 1959.

1959 –Wendell C. Rexford, using his experience from his logging and farming roots, establishes Wendell Rexford Construction 1992 –Wendell’s sons Butch and Larry officially join the business, which is renamed Wendell Rexford & Sons, Inc. Construction 2013 –Aaron and Michelle Arsenault purchase the business. 2024 – The business gets a new name: Grade On. The Arsenaults’ approach remains the same: keeping up-to-date with ever-changing industry regulations, maintaining and upgrading the vehicle fleet, building strong customer relationships, and providing high-quality excavation services in the towns of Bethlehem, Bretton Woods, Carroll, Dalton, Franconia, Jefferson, Lancaster, Lisbon, Littleton, Randolph, Sugar Hill, Twin Mountain, Whitefield and the surrounding area. Grade On will make it a point to remain true to the roots that built this company, recognizing the value in the wisdom passed down from Wendell Rexford himself.
