Roy promised a better sales outcome, leading us to cancel the previous agent's contract, incurring financial costs. However, there was minimal personal interaction or in-person meetings with potential buyers who scheduled appointments through their customer management system. all we saw was opinions text to us , where appointments were canceled or comments indicated the price was too high or the property was disliked. Our home had been recently remodeled after water damage, including new flooring, kitchen fixtures, and bathrooms and full paint job. It's hard to believe everyone genuinely disliked the property, especially since we never received an offer to counter. We subsequently listed the house with a smaller real estate agency, who secured numerous offers and ensured in-person meetings with potential buyers at the property. Unfortunately, the housing market declined during this time, resulting in a significant loss when we finally sold the house. In my opinion, one Star is too high of rating to give to Roy Group.

We have since sold the property and had to pay the back taxes owed. We are almost 3 years into this and still have not received the remaining $3500 owed to us from land title. Yet I received 4 separate incoming calls from "employees" of iBuyICT, which also does business as "Real Estate Rescue", within the past 24 hours. Three of these incoming calls were the morning of April 14, 2026. The CEO of the business is Alex Peransi. Mr. Peransi is so devoid of transparency and honesty that he refused -- on multiple occasions -- to orally provide me with the spelling of his last name. Only after I REPEATEDLY pressed to obtain the correct spelling of his last name did he direct me to his company's webpage at www.sellmyhomeict.com/meet-the-team/. Mr. Peransi stated that all four phone calls I received were from his "employees". This includes Carlos in Florida, who called me earlier today. And this includes Mr. Barrientos in Texas, who called me today just minutes AFTER Carlos had called me. As evidence of the company's lack of honesty and transparency, the man in Texas said his name was James Barrientos. But when I spoke with Mr. Peransi less than an hour later, Mr. Peransi said this employee's true name is MARIO Barrientos; and that "James" is a fictitious first name. During my discussion with Mr. Peransi, I learned that all 4 of my phone conversations with his "employees" had been audio recorded without my knowledge or express consent. Mr. Peransi revealed his company (and its employees) rely on one-party consent laws to record phone conversations without the knowledge or express consent of the other party to the phone call (such as myself). Mr. Peransi's employee -- Mario -- claims that iBuyICT (aka Real Estate Rescue) is not obligated to comply with the FTC's rules and regulations related to the National Do Not Call List. But one of Mr. Peransi's employees, either Carlos or Mario, tried to MARKET the services of Alexander Ake, a realtor in Kansas. You can find Mr. Ake listed on the iBuyICT "Meet the Team" webpage. Carlos or Mario also tried to MARKET homes currently owned by iBuyICT or Real Estate Rescue, or listed by Mr. Ake. As an aside, on April 14, 2026, Mario analogized a phone conversation one of his co-workers initiated with me in the previous 20 hours to that of a drug dealer's conversation with a drug user. As a so-called real estate investor, does Mr. Peransi believe that he (and his employees) are pursuing home buying opportunities from illegal drug users? If so, I do NOT fall within the demographic that he is pursuing business with.

I was the buyer for a home, and my real estate agent, Jeremy Fouse, simply forgot to contact the…read moresellers to have the closing day pushed back. An extension was common knowledge to the sellers, the selling agent, my agent, and myself considering the amount of repairs that were necessary and up for negotiation. The selling agent tried contacting my agent twice within the final four days before closing (October 16th). Since my agent did not respond, the sellers cancelled the contract and sold the home to a different buyer. I was not informed about this or the fact that the selling agent was trying to have me sign a cancellation agreement until October 25th! My agent really dropped the ball, and through no fault of my own I had the money I spent on inspections and an appraisal swept out from under me. I'm looking to have my agent reimburse me for the $815 that I spent on the inspections and appraisal, but he refuses to pay a dime.
