several upyears ago I retained this lizard for worker's compensation purposes. At my hearing at the…read moreproper state agency this lizard presented a very weak defense. The lizard told me my case was an open and closed matter. At this meeting the state was able to discredit me by use of a report from a doctor retained by the state. This doctor did not see me, did not know me. This doctor was able to beat an open and closed case. It TrueType was an open and shut case for the state. At my second hearing I took no chances with this lizard firm. wWhen the moderator for the state asked if I had anything to add? I did. i responded that I have jumped through all of the hoops and obstacles the state placed before me. I explained how the state has questioned, me tested me, and sure I crossed all of the t's and dotted the I. I was the one who won my case. Thenmthis lizard firm remove several thousand dollars from my account for the amount granted based on wage. They did nothing to secure the wage scale. It was set the day I became disabled. They had a chance to legally take over 7000.0, but they did not think I should have. I wanted to file a second form to increase my wage base. The lizard firm advised no. So my base wage was set without assistance from any law firm. After I complained to them they made unrealistic demands that would require seeking the help of another attorney. This lizard firm is very very slippery. They will take everything they can get.

Even though my mom's employer appealed every single claim in my mom's case, Mr. Monast and his team countered those to be able to provide my mom as much help as possible post injury. We worked with Monast Law at the start of the coronavirus pandemic till now. Much of our interaction was through phone hearings and email. However, Mr. Monast and the law team made sure to always reach out to us and speak before important dates. We also met him twice at in-person hearings and his demeanor and interaction with us made us feel like we were in good hands and that he genuinely cared. Through this law firm we learned so much about the entire worker's comp process, something we had never been exposed to before. Mr. Monast made sure to guide us through the steps along with his team. I appreciated Vickie, Wilma, Todd, and the others who always reached out to us to keep us updated on the case status and helped us with all the paper work. My mom's employer's lawyer made the process extremely prolonged and was difficult to work with; however, with the help of the firm we were finally able to reach a settlement. It was not as great as Mr. Monast wanted for my mom; however, it was my mom's wish not to continue further and settle, because it was a constant source of stress for her. I am happy that the case is now closed and my mom was able to receive the proper healthcare and compensation she deserved and needed at her most vulnerable time.

He and an assistant spent a great deal of time helping me maneuver through the process of filing for the annuity account that was only in my husband's name. Another gentleman was present as well. They spent almost a half hour on hold with the annuity company and finally were able to resolve my issue. Both were kind, understanding, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Attorney Daily.

I'll try to be brief At first call, I am told Lawyer A to whom I was referred has "extremely low availability". I am offered an appt with Jim Krischak instead. But wait, I cant get in for two weeks? That seems like low availability, too, but I wait. Day of appt arrives, I arrive early. I am expected. Am told to go around a corner alone and sit. No one shows. Fifteen minutes into my appt time with no further contact, I leave with a polite word to the receptionist explaining why. Soon get a call about rescheduling; no apology; no explanation except "lawyers are like doctors, we get backed up". NO! Lawyers are nothing like doctors. You get paid by the hour not the visit. When the appointed time comes, meeting over and move on to the next one. Wholly unprofessional encounter and staff response. I believe this would be indicative of the entire relationship and I am not interested. Sorry about the brevity thing but I am hot.
