We pulled into Mitchell with grinding brakes, and called up this shop because they had such good reviews, particularly from people traveling through like us. I didn't realize till later how old the reviews are - the most recent is 2 years. Maybe new owners? They were able to get us in first thing in the morning. Later they called and recommended new tires, telling us it would still be done that day. It turned out that they ordered the wrong tires and we were stuck for another night. In addition, we had 4 small children at a campsite in 90+ degree heat with horseflies and other fun bugs making the poor kids go crazy. We asked for transportation to a motel 3 miles away and were told that there's a local taxi service we should look into. A kind camping neighbor noticed our predicament and shuttled us to the motel (two trips because we didn't all fit in their car!). The next day we called to check on our car and found that it was done. My husband asked if they could pick him up (to save him a 1.5 mile walk) and they said sure, they'd be right over in a van. What?!?! Apparently the van guy wasn't working the previous day (and no one else could drive it?). The work seems to be all in order- we've driven 100 miles today. And the price was fair. read more

Had a rear tire blow out on the interstate. Called Graham Tire in Mitchell SD, they sent a mobile technician out quickly. I noticed the other rear tire wasn't the greatest so I asked if they could put two new tires on. They took both rims off, put two new tires on and sent us on our way, I am so appreciative of their quick response to my situation, quality of service and tires they put on, all at a reasonable price. I could have been gouged considering my predicament, but wasn't. Thanks Graham Tire! It's so nice to see that there are good honest businesses still out there. read more

Been doing business there for years. But this last time I want. I bought 4 new tires was told about rebate and how much I would get back employee. I asked him a number of times abut the rebate. He explained it to me. And how much I would recieve back. So I made notes on rebate brochure. A week later I filled out information online. Come to find out after rebate rejection. That he was off by 25 on rebate. When I talk to manager his reply was everyone makes mistakes . So I lost 25 on rebates. And still waiting for 75 in rebates from Goodyear to be ok. He also said he couldn't help me with getting the extra 75 in rebates from Goodyear . That was between me and Goodyear Corp. So anyway be sure to read policy or rebate information yourself. DON'T TRUST THERE EMPLOYEES TO KNOW WHAT THERE TALKING ABOUT. I want add to this that the manager has taken care of this issue. And say thank you. read more

We were visiting the corn Palace and suddenly had a tire issue. Graham closed at 5:30 and we walked in at 5:01. They diagnosed that our tire sensor had broken and had it fixed and us on the road by 5:27. What could have really put a damper on day number two of our two-week family camping trip was a small blip because of these guys. Not only that, but their price was fair as well. We couldn't be more thankful for these guys and recommend them highly. read more

Have been going to Graham for years to get my vehicles serviced. They have quick service and good customer care. Also the cheapest oil change in town. I also purchased new rims and tires for my "toy" car. They have great selection and even when having to order in the tires I needed had no issues. read more

On our way back from Sturgis Bike Rally, we had a tire issue on our motorcycle trailer. We were so lucky that it happened right at the exit on I90 in Mitchell, SD. We initially went to the Walmart tire center for service but they required us to purchase a tire and the tire rim. Upon goggling, we found Graham Tire 30 minutes before they closed. We called them and told them the tire we needed and that we were 5 minutes away. On arrival, the tire was waiting, they completed the work in minutes and we were back on the road. My husband has been bringing his vehicles to Graham Goodyear for years. Recently, on a visit to Mitchell, my Nissan Quest's sensors went out on it. I got to Mitchell safely and called Graham's which got me in within 2 days. They fixed the sensor and tuned up my van, after which it ran like it hadn't ran in a long time. It was less noisy, the brakes responded better and drove smoother. Afterwords, I visited family and I had sensor issues again, I called Graham's and told them about the problem, they got it in the next day (Saturday) to figure out what was going on, ordered the part and had it fixed by noon on Monday for free. I am very happy with the service I receive from Graham's, The receptionist is super friendly, and Travis takes care of his patrons. read more

I have never been so ripped off in my life. So I drop off my car to fix a tire and for them to also fix my AC and leave. Later on I get a call that my rim was bent and I needed a new rim. I had pretty closely looked at my former rim and it was completely fine, I thought it was odd but I figured well maybe there was something I missed, so I figured no big deal I'll buy the new rim. I a few days later go in to pick up my car and it doesn't start, I go to the front office to let them know and a tall older man told me my car was out of gas when I brought it to them. It absolutely was not out of gas when I brought it to them and I told them as much. He brings fuel with him and we start my car and it turns out my battery was dead. Pretty strange since my battery was absolutely perfect before bringing it into them. Finally they jump start my car and I start on the interstate to start my drive to Sioux Falls. Immediately upon getting on the interstate my car starts to wobble. I eventually get to Sioux Falls after a very stressful drive and go into my Hyundai dealer to find out they never balanced or aligned the tire. Then after they are done they call me to inform me that my car wont start and that a jump start didn't help because my battery was completely dead again my battery was FINE before I ever went to that place. I replace the battery and then finally after the worst day ever I go home. I wake up the next day to what do you know.. NO AC! Apparently something was leaking and the stuff they put in to recharge it was completely empty (After I paid over a hundred dollars for it.) These people are SCAMMERS DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE! read more

This review is for Graham Tire Company location at 400 E. 60th. We had a tire issue on our RV in Iowa. We called ahead and talked with Dusty Wieting and were blessed to find out they had the tire we needed. When we arrived the tire was already pulled from inventory and waiting for us. Dusty cleared a bay and had us pull in as soon as we arrived. After inspecting the tire to ensure that it wasn't repairable he got the tire mounted on the wheel and back in place in less than 1/2 hour.
