100/5 stars. Paul is literally an angel who watches over the highway. I was driving my car towing a U-Haul moving across the country. It was Friday at 4 pm when my car broke down and I thought there was no way I was getting my car fixed before the weekend. I called Paul's towing and he was there writhing 15 minutes and he diagnosed the car and had it and the trailer with it 10 minutes. He then called in the part as we headed to his farm and he get right to work. They set us up in a nice waiting room with a tv. Within a few hours my car was fixed and we got back on the road. My mom is a semi truck driver. Today this shop towed her at a more reasonable price than anyone else in the area, fixed her mechanical issue, and even fixed an issue with her headlight that 5 other shops couldn't figure out. Excellent service and the whole thing cost less than it would've to just be towed by another company. I would give them 12 stars if I could. read more

We had our alternator go out on our van during a cross country road trip and the charging system light came on. We were fortunate enough to stop by a nearby AutoZone where they tested the vehicle and we bought a new alternator there. I was recommended by them to Paul's Towing since it was a Sunday evening and nobody else was open. They sent a Tow Truck as soon as we had called AAA. They were able to load the Van plus our whole Family in the truck. We got to the shop and they got to work on replacing the alternator immediately. They finished in about 1.5 hours and we were on our way. We were still able to make it to the hotel that we made reservations at that night thanks to their quick work. read more

Paul picked me up broken down on the side of the road with a trailer. It was late in the evening and he took me to the Thunderbird lodge and helped me get a discounted room. He Fixed my vehicle and stored my stuff overnight to keep it from getting wet. He had my vehicle fixed the next morning And had me back on the road! Very friendly, personable, and professional. Paul is a straight up, down to earth, all around good guy. He gives great rates, and he is personable. My husband had 2 flats, and Paul came and towed the car, and fixed the tires for a reasonable rate. It was done the same day, and we had our car back. Everyone needs a Paul in their lives!! Our family of 5 is making our first trek West. Between Sioux Falls and Mitchell our car lost all power. Paul picked us up, on Father's Day, in the middle of hosting a family BBQ. He drove us to his home, where we met his lovely wife Jessie and their beautiful daughters and their dog Dixie. He dropped us off at our hotel by 7pm. By 10 pm our vehicle was personally delivered back to us, with a new alternator and belt. We didn't lose a moment of our trip, gained a new friend, and never felt more taken care. This was all done in a Sunday after 5 pm. He, and his entourage, are your only choice!!! I called Paul's towing on a Sunday afternoon. He was prompt, courteous, and professional when he responded. He brought the proper size used tire, and got me on my way very efficiently. However, there was a problem with the tire he sold me and installed. It lost air, and I had to fill it several times in the next three hundred miles. When I called him and explained what was happening, he was dismissive and suggested I may have run over something again, with the same tire, which seemed unlikely. The next day, when I replaced the tire, I discovered that the tire had been previously patched, and that the patch had failed. I told Paul about this, even sent him pictures, but he didn't respond. He got his money from me, and apparently that's where the customer service stopped. read more

We pulled into a rest area and noticed a grapefruit sizes bubble on one of the RV's tires. I called Good Sam for assistance, they couldn't find someone to assist with the changing of the tire. So I took control of the situation and found Paul's towing 24 service, I let Good Sam know and they made the arrangements for Paul's towing to come to assist us. Once Devin got there he made us feel very comfortable and assured us he was going to take care of us. Upon inspection of the tires we found that 2 of my tires were bad. Devin changed the tire with the bubble and called his boss (Paul) explained we needed at least 2 new tires. I was concerned about driving the RV, Devin took the lead and traveled slowly having us follow him to the shop in which he proceeded to change our tire. Paul brought us 4 tires and the 2 of them worked to replace all 4 tires. It was late and dark...Paul had us move our RV to the back side of his shop, hooked us up to power and had us stay for the night. I could have been taken advantage of but I stead we were taken care of like family. read more

They came as a part of my AAA service and Paul offered to take my car to their shop for no charge since the towtruck needed to return there regardless. they said it would be FREE to do that. Two days later he contacted me and informed me that my car was never going to see the road again and offered me $130 for it.. I bought the car two years ago for 10k and he's offering me $130?!? so needless to say i begun looking for a way to repair it or worst case scenario, scrap it. I found (what I thought was) a better buyer that told me they would retrieve it that weekend. two weeks after my car broke down my car was still at Pauls towing (the buyer was all talk apparently). Now today I was just rudely notified by a very rude and offensive female voice, which I can only assume was the receptionist, that I have accumulated $400 worth of storage fees!!! and they now are going through the process of taking ownership of my car!!!
