I continue to have horrible experiences with Kohl's. A couple of years ago I didn't get my…read moreshipment, FedEx returned it. Kohl's refused to refund the purchase because it was a third party. The credit card Capital One refused to refund it because Kohl's wouldn't. I gave both the tracking number which showed the shipment was returned to sender. I ended up with over $400 in fees and interest. Lately, the issues have been just with Kohl's and Kohl's cash. I'm not getting the emails and the cash isn't being uploaded to my app account. Today I was told I have to return everything to get my $25 Kohl's cash back. But the purchase is how I earned it so I won't get it back. I'm at the point of ending my relationship with Kohl's and telling others to stay away. It's too much hassle!!!

Today, store supervisor, Marissa, decided it is the policy of store NOT to exchange merchandise more than 30 days despite new with sales tags on. I do not shop every day and businesses are still good about exchanges due to ongoing COVID and store failures to thrive. Not 2 wks ago, I had an item to exchange on a different on-line order and it was without issue. For the goodwill of customer service, it should have been exchanged-I was not asking for a refund or a credit on my card-it was for exchange. Marissa decided good will was not worth having a happy customer. Sometimes businesses miss an opportunity that is important to their survival; making an angry customer was not worth the $15 exchange. I think Marissa needs some more business/customer training....

He was very helpful and discussed some ensembles that would go well with the flannel. We were greeted at the register by the Manager whom we had met the evening before while there. she was extremely professional, very well spoken and polite.
