Also, we NEVER had an issue getting in touch with them if we had a question. Once demo started, Ramon and Jessica were very involved. Ramon was at the house almost every day and he made sure to check in with us throughout the process to make sure we were all on the same page. We even made a few changes right in the middle of the process, but Ramon and Jessica were always happy to work with us. They also made it very clear what modifications they could make and stay within our strict budget. Of course, we ran into a few bumps, but we are extremely happy with the way Ramon worked through any concerns or issues we had. That's huge! When we're ready for our bathroom to get a facelift, we'll be calling them. The flooring is peeling throughout the house, including at the edge of our stairs, which is both disappointing and concerning. When I noticed the damage, I searched online and saw that the same product, Los Angeles Collection, Hancock Park was still listed on their website. I called ahead to confirm availability, and the sales associate told me they had 100 pieces in stock. Based on that, I went into the store and purchased two pieces. After the purchase, I was told the product wasn't in that warehouse and I would need to wait 30 minutes while they checked another location. Thirty minutes later, I was then told the item was discontinued and no longer available anywhere. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since the product is still listed on their website and still shows as in stock in their system, which is how I was able to purchase it in the first place. Even the sales associate was unaware it had been discontinued. Long story short: the product quality is poor, and even more troubling is the lack of organization, communication, and accuracy in their inventory and business practices. This was a huge investment for our home, and the experience has been nothing but disappointing. I would strongly recommend staying far away. There are far better alternatives out there. He took the time to come with us to various vendors to look at slabs that would be ideal for our kitchen. He was patient with us as we were very selective about the design of the natural stone. It's quite a long process. Once the stone was selected Julio and his team handled the rest of the process: picking it up/ fabrication, and install. Any piece that we were not happy with, the team would take the stone back until it was perfect. The value and quality of workmanship was excellent. My stone feels like a masterpiece and I enjoy cleaning my kitchen countertops. Ultra Countertops didn't just do a kitchen remodel, they worked with us, saw our vision, listened to us, and most importantly the work they did will have an impact/impression/great memories of guests / family coming to our house. Ultra countertops did not cut any corners. They kept in touch, communication/status of the project. Jacob was the one who helped me, and he was so patient and helpful. He was very down to earth, explained everything in layman's terms, and spoke to me like a friend rather than talking down to me.
