They were very professional and did an amazing job with our floors! Their pricing was great! Definitely recommend!

    Floors, baseboard and quarter rounds

I came across this company profile when I was looking to transition carpet to luxury vinyl planks. At the time I didn't have the material I needed but then I noticed that they worked on kitchens. I took a chance of getting the backsplash done with them. I first met John he was friendly responsive and came out to give me a quote on everything I was looking for. When they started working on my kitchen backsplash his employee was prompt, clean, and friendly and very professional. He did a complete start to finish on my backsplash and was so detailed. I also contracted them to do my floors and they added quarter inch rounds on baseboards and the work was fantastic. My house looks so beautiful and I get a lot of compliments on how detailed the work is. I hope to contract them again to add tile in my laundry room.

I really want to give Fernando a good review but unfortunately that was not the experience for us…read more We called Fernando because we had 2 bathroom counter tops to fabricate since they sold out at ikea and we had difficult time finding them at HomeDepot and Lowes. We wanted to check out what slabs he had or order from a slab yard where we found a slab on sale. We were in a hurry to find a fabricator. When I first called Fernando around 6pm and surprised he picked up, he was very personable and very kind. He sent me a estimate for fabricating 2 counter tops and picking up the slab from slab yard. My bf is a contractor on the east coast and suggested we see if he had left over slabs as well since it means he can use left over pieces and wont have to pick up from slab yard. My boyfriend spoke to him about the slabs. He sent us pictures from his workshop and gave us a quote and everything seem to be going swimmingly. He said it would be completed in a week and to pick up from his workshop in Garden Grove. I checked in with him a couple times. He picked up the phone 95% of the time but didn't respond text messages. 5 days pass, I call to check and he says everything is fine and we could pick up on Wednesday. We call Tuesday night to confirm pick up time. On Wednesday we drove to the address provided for the warehouse which took us 45 minutes and we even got there earlier and in the area. Fernando called us about 30 before meet time and said he wouldnt be at his workshop. His reasoning was someone got hurt and had to go to ER. My bf says its a classic story he hears often from subcontractors. Who knows if its true. Either way he said he would deliver to us the next morning, which he never did. We never called back cause it seems clear that we were just being dragged along. We know our job is really small considering its not a kitchen and just 2 tiny pieces. It would have been fine if he just told us the job is too small or if its not possbile for XYZ. We would have understood, but dragging us along and wasting our time was a huge disappointment. We wasted 2 weeks.

The alignment of two countertops is also not the best, in addition, during the work he dropped the tool and broke the tile on the floor and at first denied his involvement, but after I sent before and after photos, he agreed to cover the cracks in the tile with resin. He installed the countertop not with glue as required by building codes, but with cheap $3 cocking. He never provided a receipt or warranty, wrote to him twice and did not receive an answer, so I do not recommend working with him to avoid problems later.

After seeing my sister-in-laws new kitchen remodeled by inland Cabinets, we contacted Johnny and we were so glad we did. Johnny, the owner was wonderful to work with. His communication was excellent and he guided us through the whole process, including recommending suppliers for our cabinets and countertops His crews were equally fantastic. The husband and wife team who handled the demolition and cabinet installation were professional, skilled and a pleasure to have in our home. Our countertop installation was just as impressive From the value, quality and workmanship to the communication and customer service we couldn't be happier with the entire experience If you are considering a kitchen remodel, we highly recommend Johnny at Inland Cabinets. While the flooring/paint/appliance selections were our additions to the remodel, the cabinets countertop lighting & ceiling retexturing was Inland Cabinets involvement. We are so very pleased.

He took the time to come with us to various vendors to look at slabs that would be ideal for our kitchen. He was patient with us as we were very selective about the design of the natural stone. It's quite a long process. Once the stone was selected Julio and his team handled the rest of the process: picking it up/ fabrication, and install. Any piece that we were not happy with, the team would take the stone back until it was perfect. The value and quality of workmanship was excellent. My stone feels like a masterpiece and I enjoy cleaning my kitchen countertops. The granite was cracked in the back of the kitchen faucet. I was afraid they would just repair it and move on as so many other companies have done. In return I received an utterly ridiculous, scripted and irrelevant reply from 'Maria' requesting: 1. In home visit to review project details and take 'precise' measurements. Not surprising as they want to sell more than I asked for. It's a TABLETOP, 54" diameter. How hard is that? 2. Address and phone number - evidently so they and their network can plague me with solicitations. 3. A layout or drawing of the project. It's a TABLETOP and I provided a photo. 4. If project is on ground floor or are there stairs - it's clear in the photo I provided. 5. Do I have the stone and what type- this was evident in the original request for a quote. I would at least expect them to say "in a recommended thickness of 'x', it's x-dollars for marble, y-dollars for quartz, etc Overwhelmingly pathetic first interaction.
