Never happened. It took almost 9 months to get my spa heater repaired. Then I get a rude email saying if I didn't pay their bill immediately, they were going to turn it over to a collection agency. I HAD NEVER RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM THEM! I have made the decision to move on to another company. This company is not customer oriented and the boom economy has made them arrogant and surly.

This is done on a "need to" basis and the frequency varies. Additionally we monitor and maintain proper balancing and sanitation of your pool.
