Never happened. It took almost 9 months to get my spa heater repaired. Then I get a rude email saying if I didn't pay their bill immediately, they were going to turn it over to a collection agency. I HAD NEVER RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM THEM! I have made the decision to move on to another company. This company is not customer oriented and the boom economy has made them arrogant and surly.

Not only did he pick up my call, he was so very polite, personable and knowledgeable. The day of our first appointment my DE filter exploded since it hadn't been cleaned in two years by our previous pool maintainer. I was in tears and didn't know what to do. James came along, talked me through everything he would do to get our pool back to it's full beauty. He replaced my filter and our salt filter system, shocked the pool, got rid of the month's worth of algae, calmed me down and restored our pool to it's former glory.
