They cheated us and left us with a hot tub in pieces. In order to get our parts back that they removed, we had to pay for a bill for repairs that were not made. They use cheap or rebuilt parts and do not stand behind their warranty. I used this company for many years until November 2017 when they cheated us and were caught lying. They became irate when they found out that we called the manufacturer of the parts and discovered their lies. Very dishonest.
