As soon as I said this, the woman spun around and proceeded to scream at me that there 10 orders ahead of me and I would have to wait. She said I was rude, which I didn't feel I was, and I reiterated that I just wanted to get my pretzels and get going. She told me she was the manager (Angela) and to get the hell out of *her* store. All I can say is wow... get another job, Angela. I will never frequent this location ever again. I had been told the Auburn location was one to stay away from. Now I know why! I hope you have audio to go with the video that she reportedly has. I have no clue what video would show. Audio, however, would show a person out of control and it wasn't me.
