One of the best McDonald's locations in Michigan I've visited in a long while. We were there on Memorial weekend and it was busy. The tables were kept clean, food orders were processed quickly and efficiently. The staff members were all pleasant. It is attached to a nice convenience store for other needs. There are horrible I will never go there again my friend orders a bacon quarter pounder and got no bacon and there customers service was horrible she ripped the receipt out of are hands. HORRIBLE. This location can not keep up with the business it gets. People always wait up to 10 minutes for their order. You have a 50/50 chance your order is right. Lastly, the place is FILTHY! I eat McDonald's often due to my kids loving it. We stop at this one every time when we go north. I have to say it never disappoints. Can get crazy but the food quality is better than most McDonald's I hit in Oakland County. read more

I come in to go to the bathroom because I'm on a trip and went to the first stall and there was no toilet paper in it and the toilet was filled with pee and toilet paper P and the second one it's covered with Blood like the whole seat everything is covered in Blood and then the third toilet had Blood in the toilet I would attach photos but you know it's not necessary I'm sure that you can understand what it look like so I'm leaving the gas station/ restaurant and leaving a bad review. read more

Should really change their hours on google, say they open at 6:00... then they tell you they open at 6:30 if you call and ask, but wait if you go there at 6:40 they still are not open. Fix your working hours so people are not wasting their time stopping at your business if you can't open on time. read more

By far the worst fast food restaurant I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. It's a shame that it's the only place past 9 to get any kind of food. I arrived to pick up food for myself and my boyfriend through the drivethrough in the middle of a storm. I ordered "A crispy number seven with a doctor pepper - no ice, a 10 piece chicken mcnugget, and an additional large fry," The person on the other end of "the box" asked if I wanted barbecue sauce. I said "No thank you." I was getting rained on something fierce because the wind just shifted so I started rolling up my window and the box says "I didn't catch that." "No!" I repeat. "How many barbecue sauces would you like?" They ask. ..... now, usually I have patience for this, but now my whole left side is drenched due to incompetency, so my final no was a bit snippy, I'll admit. Then I get up to the window and pay, the person working was very cold and indifferent, not friendly at all. I moved forward and proceeded to wait 7 minutes to get my food because the chicken nuggets weren't up. I arrive home to find that they had only supplied me with one french fry. So I turned around and went back to get my other fry. "Oh" the kid behind the til says. "That's why there was an extra fry laying around. It's gonna be a 3 minute wait on the other fry then." Of course it is. It's only McDonalds, why would they be expected to have fries at their disposal at 9 at night? While I'm waiting for my fry, I watch as he fills up a container halfway with old fries. Then, 5 minutes later, not the 3 he promised, he gets the other fries out of the vat and drowns them in salt. Then he fills the rest of my fry container. I'm sorry, but if I just drove back here to get a container of fries that you neglected to give me the first time, don't I at least deserve a container of ALL fresh fries? Why give me half old and half new? That's rude. Especially when I'm watching you do it! He hands me the bag with not even so much as an apology for my troubles and sends me on my unhappy way. It gets better. When I get home and further investigate the contents of my bag, I find that A. There IS ice in my Dr. Pepper. B. There is 4 packs of barbecue sauce in the bag. C. My chicken sandwich is not crispy, it is grilled. and D. There are 4 straws in the bag for my 1 Dr. Pepper. Probably to make up for the complete failure in every other aspect of my meal. I don't recommend this place. The service is awful, the employees that I've experienced are rude, and I've rarely had a good experience with this place. Last resort only. read more

After a poor experience at another fast food restaurant where I ended up trashing the inedible food, I stopped at the Pinconning McDonald's for a second try at breakfast. The sausage breakfast burritos were phenomenal! Served piping hot and full of ingredients, not skimpy and cold, it was an absolute delight to get something so good from McDonald's. Add with most McDonald's the service is weak. They act like you are a inconvenience to them. The only thing that made me give 3 stars is that they ask for your name and call your order using your name instead of a number. Not all of the McDonald's do that. read more

My daughter stopped at your Pinconning McDonalds for a courtesy water and was charged .27 cents where in Midland they are free. Being she is a teenager, she voiced her oppinion on facebook which caused some drama with former friends. Unfortunately both girls were right. You get free water in Midland, you pay for the cup in Pinconning. The manager at the Pinconning McDonalds is very loud and disruptive to the customers, she talks too much and it isn't pleasant. I have had the misfortune of hearing it in the restaurant and at the drive thru. Same person. I do not know if she is still employed there, she is or was manager. I love your food and eat at McDonalds two or three times a week. I hope this doesn't change the generousity of Midlands free water, but clears the air in Pinconning. Thank you, Teresa. read more
