With McDonald's, you know the offerings will be consistent! The dining room and restrooms are clean, and the staff works to ensure quests are taken care of. If you have not tried the McDonald's coffee or the cinnamon roll I suggest you check them out. They are both VERY good! read more

They can never get your Oder right and when you get home you don't want to drive back the food you have is cold if a guy can sue McDonald's for hot coffee and no napkins why can we sue for bad orders that you paid for. Just ordered a crispy chicken sandwich to take back to eat at work. When I opened it, it wasn't crispy, it was anything but crispy. Meat was raw, no pickles like you're supposed to get, and breading was falling off. Disgusting and waste of money. You will not be seeing my face there again until you learn to train your staff. Last week my husband went to get chicken strip meals for our teenage sons. The drive thru forgot the fries. We figured that the restaurant was just busy, so we didn't worry. Today, we grabbed some food, as we were in a rush for dinner, this time, the burgers were missing. The establishment was not busy this time. Can they read the orders on the screen? This McDonald's is hit or miss. You either get great customer service or you get decent fast food but you usually don't get both. Some of their employees are not very friendly. One gave my son attitude because he took too long to order. Luckily I was not with him when this happened. :) read more

Probably the worst drink maker. I have ordered a lot of hot chocolates, lattes, etc. they must be afraid to pump the flavor in the cup. The vanilla and Carmel drinks are bland and unflavorful. The hot chocolate tastes like hot milk. And the blizzards come with everything running down the sides. Thought it was just me but saw another customer request to see how much chocolate syrup was in the cup and requested more. Followed by drinks by other McDonald's restaurants and this McDonald's is pretty terrible. Stay away of you can. read more

Worst service ever, after 3 chances and 3 additional trips to correct orders over the past week or so. I have finally had enough and went back this time and requested a refund. Manager acted as though she could careless and argued with me about what the credit card machine and what it was telling me to do. I WILL NEVER DARKEN THIS FRANCHISES DOOR AGAIN!!! I don't normally give bad reviews, but this place is pretty notorious for getting orders wrong. They refused to give me a refund when they dropped my burgers on the ground because they said the till was closed for the night. The next morning when I called about it asking if I could get my refund the manager said no one left her a note about it and that I'd have to call back some other time when a higher ranking manager was there to authorize my refund. She said no one would be there today and that I should try calling tomorrow. She didn't take my number or suggest that she could have someone get back to me. I'm not playing phone tag for a refund on sandwiches I didn't get. I've sucked it up so many times when they've messed up my order, but having to pay for food I didn't receive is too much. That's how you lose a customer and gain another (of many) bad reviews. read more

This is the first review of any restaurant that I have ever done, but given the consistently terrible quality of the food and service I had to give fair warning. Generally, the place is not bad in the morning and afternoon, but is is during the evening when it falls to pieces. You will most always get stale buns, especially on Big Macs and Quarters, and you will generally have cold fries after 9pm. Last weekend I ordered one of these new hot pepper quarter pounders and when I got home, opened it up, and behold... there was no bottom bun. Really...no bun whatsoever. Just a piece of meat with the pepper cheese on it. The pop there is equally terrible 24/7, they obviously do not check calibration. I have no idea how they keep their franchise. Luckily there is a Burger King nextdoor for equally crappy food. It's Auburn, so I expect nothing less. read more
