Grand Buffet is located in a shopping plaza off of Route 17. We came here for a birthday celebration towards the end of the pandemic. There were about 15 of us. We ordered the buffet. They had very specific protocols that were still in place because of the rise of the new strain, but the service was impeccable. The service were helpful they were on point, picking up and clearing dishes and bringing out new dishes and serving beverages as well. The buffet was OK as far as casual dining. They serve Chinese Japanese and Thai food as well as some American dishes

I have never been here before but my husband has come with coworkers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was surprised at how large the seating area was and how busy for a Sunday afternoon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were a lot of different Asian inspired options to choose from. The sushi tasted fresh and new food came out frequently. There were 5 different rows of buffet options including a sushi station and a hibachi station. I tried to taste a little of everything, but I don't know that I had a favorite. I liked that they also had a variety of soups. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall I would probably come again, although it was a little too busy/cramped for my taste.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I've driven past this buffet many times and finally decided to try it out. Dinner was about $25/person and found that to be higher than expected based on other buffets I've been to (granted it's been years since I went to one). The team was fast in seating us and bringing that drinks and were attentive to our needs. The food was good overall, nothing spectacular though. I'd recommend doing hibachi. For dessert I love ice cream so I went over to the soup section to grab a big bowl. The decor was standard, perhaps a little dated now but fit in with a buffet vibe.

It pains me to write this review because the employees were so nice and friendly here, so I will keep it as short as I can. However, I hope they will take reviews like this one in stride and use it as motivation to make changes and improvements. Honestly, based on the reviews, we had expectations that the food would be decent, but, unfortunately, it didn't come close to meeting those expectations. The buffet left a lot...I mean, A LOT, to be desired. So did the restaurant décor. The food selection wasn't good. If you love greasy though, then maybe you will love it here. Many of your "inexpensive" common buffet foods can be found here though - noodles, fried rice, chicken/beef dishes mixed with vegetables, fried/baked/steamed seafood, sushi, desserts. Now, one might assume, what's wrong with all of that? Well, the food quality was very questionable and so were the flavors. We actually didn't eat any of the sushi because we questioned how safe it was. Sometimes, you can easily sum up an experience as "not good" and this was one of them. The ONE ... ONE bright spot with the food was the hibachi station. We loved that you could add as much as whatever you wanted from the station onto your plate - chicken, beef, shrimp, eggs, vegetables, noodles - and the chef would cook it right up. Also, there were 3 sauce flavors you could add to it too. We wanted to love Grand Buffet, but from the moment we walked in, there wasn't a good feeling in either of us. As for pricing, as of May 2023, it ranges from $14.99 - $22.99 depending on the day of the week and time of the day. In addition, they also allow customers to carry out food, which is charged by the pound. I could have said a lot more, but I'll keep that to myself. I HOPE...HOPE Grand Buffet does make changes for the betterment of their business because customers deserve better.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This buffet was exceptionally clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff were beyond nice and friendly. I feel as if it may be family-owned, especially given how coordinated everyone was. If it is not family-owned, the staff certainly act like one, which is awesome. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A staff member was always cleaning the environment, showcasing their cleanliness.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff also made sure to replenish any low food items and discard any old food, replacing it with fresh food. The staff were great at checking in for drink refills and taking away finished plates. They offer a great selection of foods and desserts, and also have a hibachi option. The buffet offers child-friendly foods as well, such as chicken nuggets, fries, onion rings, and pizza. There even great vegetarian options as well to enjoy. The only reason I deducted a star was due to the fact that some of the fresh fruits where not ripe, and unfortfunately cause me to have a little stomach pain. As well as throw up all the fruit I ate. Otherwise, this buffet certainly impressed me, and I would come here again.

    Can't help it... SO GOOD!!

CONSISTENT! The food is always FRESH and very well flavored, the chef should be commended for not overpowering the ingredients with heavy sauce or seasonings! Quality is very good, a par above in quality over other buffets I've visited before. We live further from here now but we put on the miles for special occasions and it doesn't disappoint! "DELICIOUS!" is the word I heard from my guest who is, in my opinion, quite a picky eater. . Today she was full of complements!! Keep up and ALWAYS stay OPEN!!

Finally stopped by Fink's BBQ Roadhouse and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere is super laid-back…read moreand the service was incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. If you're visiting, you absolutely have to try: * The Beef Brisket: It was incredibly tender, perfectly smoked, and had a great bark. Easily some of the best brisket in the area. * Fried-A-Que Chicken: This is a game changer--slow-smoked then flash-fried so it's juicy on the inside and perfectly crisp on the outside. * The Corn Soufflé: Do not skip this side! It's creamy, sweet, and total comfort food. * Smoked Wings: They have a deep, rich flavor that pairs perfectly with their house-made sauces. The portions are generous and everything tasted fresh and made from scratch. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is a must-visit for any BBQ lover!

Came in for a later dinner quick bite to eat. I am not sure what the energy was there tonight but…read moreit was not a great meal in anyway. Service was perhaps understaffed or the people they have waiting tables were missing common sense (or their brains altogether). It took over 10 minutes of people walking past us to get anyone's attention and there were ample tables open yet we were not seating until one of the tables being used left and was cleaned. We ordered appetizers and two meals. I ordered the loaded baked potato soup in a bowl, a cup came out and thank goodness. It was terrible. Tasted like pepper heavy cream some cheese and a few measly bacon bits. Our server or any server was nowhere to be found to even complain to. We ordered our go to Cajun rub wings which were delicious as usual except them came out with blue cheese. Our server didn't ask if we had a preference or ranch or blue cheese which is fine that was not much of an issue. I said we wanted to start with appetizers and then order meals in a bit once we decide and if we were still hungry. We order this way every time and it's never been an issue. I kid you not our server walked away for a minute tops after telling us to,"take all the time you need", asking,"so you decide yet?" We opted for a pulled turkey cheese steak and large pork and fries. My cheesesteak I had to coach thru the entire ordering process. I asked for a side salad. Was not asked the dressing type or anything. Once I main meals came out someone else brought them to the table. I had no salad dressing and all of the staff were nowhere to be found. So I started to eat the salad dry. Finally our server comes over and asks how everything is. I asked for salad dressing and he runs off and brings me back blue cheese without asking. I said no thank you I will not eat blue cheese I'd like oil and vinegar please. Getting the check took forever. Then once he dropped it off another maybe 10-15 minutes to get my card run. This is not the Finks we know and are used to and enjoy. The other server seemed to constantly be giving dirty looks and was vaping within the restaurant between tables, like are you kidding me extremely unprofessional?! Very disappointed in our meal and service. Especially the fact it was not even busy at all. We paid our bill and left just in time because the entire bar side smell of cigarettes was creeping over as if people were smoking inside. Safe to say I do not think we will be returning to this location sadly.

After that, service slowed to a crawl. We spent much of the night politely waving for drink refills, and there was a long wait after soup and salad before the chef arrived. The full experience clocked in at nearly three hours -- enough time to consider dessert elsewhere. The restaurant has been renovated, but the hibachi experience itself wasn't exactly a showstopper. Our chef was very animated and did all the expected tricks, but with nearby chefs singing at full volume, the atmosphere felt less like hibachi and more like an impromptu karaoke night. The prices were steep -- nearly double what similar hibachi spots charge -- and unfortunately, the food didn't rise to the occasion. The filet mignon and sirloin were underwhelming, the chicken was generously coated in teriyaki but somehow still lacked flavor, and the green tea soft serve arrived with an unexpected chocolate syrup drizzle that definitely did not ask for permission. While this place is clearly popular and booked months in advance, the experience wasn't unique enough to justify the cost or the time commitment. There are plenty of nearby options offering the same hibachi show without the three-hour runtime.
