Our room was rather bare bones. There was no closet just a little coat rack in the bedroom/living area. One stool also used as a bed table (uncomfortable for watching TV or relaxing, (for two people); no Kleenex tissue in the bathroom; impossible counter space; no view; interior of the hotel like a Maze. Tiniest of waste baskets; Dirty entry floor.
When we went down for breakfast, we found a maid, we asked her how to get to the restaurant, she knocked on a door, and her supervisor came out. Then the maid went back to where we were, pressed a button on the wall, and the door opened to the lobby/restaurant. If we knew about the black button on the wall, we could have done that ourselves! They weren't friendly, they didn't smile or show they cared!
On the positive side, there was good climate control, good lighting, and good TV; the coffee pot worked; good body wash; good shower, and a good breakfast.
I hate the fact, the tile shelf wall above the toilet: make sure you close the toilet lid, so the toiletries and/or jewelry stored there the night before won't fall off the toilet! There is NO OTHER tables in the room, to put those in! There is a small closet for the folding iron! How often do you iron your clothes? As often as you dry your hair, for me 1x a week or none.
Update: During breakfast, there are many people lining up for their coffee. There are 3 coffee machines, one that dispenses hot milk and more. That wasn't working, the servers are nowhere to be found. I was trying to fill my to-go container for hot cocoa, I make 1 serving, let someone have their coffee fill, make 1 cup of hot cocoa, let another have their coffee fill, I was there a total of 13 mins. just trying to get hot cocoa! Sometimes, the machine doesn't work, no matter how much or little we press the machine to go, the reason why there's a huge line! read more
