Roger was the absolute best!!! We booked our wineries ourselves but this company does have a service of scheduling wineries for you! Roger was on time to everything, the safest driver in the rain, and made sure we got every photo we wanted! He kept our bus clean and let us blast music the whole time. They provided umbrellas, Bluetooth, water, champagne, great air system, and glasses! I would never do a tour in Paso without this company. We were a large bachelorette party and the bride has the absolute BEST time! Highly recommend for a Paso Robles tasting day!

We had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with this company. We were able to book less than 24 hours in advance. Our driver Tom showed up a couple minutes early and greeted us with a smile. He gave us a little background on each winery. Tom was very attentive to our group and made sure we were having a fantastic time wine tasting. TOM was 10/10 !!!! read more

Alex and Christian, from Grand Cru, helped get 15 of us from our awesome rental at Santellan Vineyards in Paso to the Cody Johnson concert last Saturday, and back. In short, they were awesome to work with and did exactly what they said they would. We'll work with them whenever we're in the area. read more

I have to say that things started out well with the price (industry price is pretty good) and it is on us for not asking more questions about how many would fit with room to spare. I was a little surprised by the limo bus style- thought we were sitting in a "U" (bigger- more space) and I told the driver that when he arrived but it was more of an "L" shape. Next time I will get a size bigger than the number of people we have. Lesson learned. The driver got us all around safely and for a great price, overall. Will use them again. read more

I booked Grand Cru limo service for a work event! James was our driver both days and his infectious energy was amazing. We felt very safe at all times. We got picked up from our hotel, Allegretto, and dropped of at Daou Winery. We had prebooked an event there. And then he took us to dinner and looped back to take us to Sensorio. It was a complex event with three stops and pick ups. It was wonderful being able to leave our personal belongings in the vehicle while we visited the various venue. Patrick was the best! Our limo arrived on time for a 3 stop wine tour. Patrick knew all the wineries very well and arranged for our table to be handled prior to opening the door for the limos for us. We had the 8 person limo and it fit all 8 of us very comfortably. The only thing was the speaker was somewhat faulty but Patrick had a portable speaker that solved everything! 5/5 would recommend to friends and family! read more

Our driver for the event was Patrick. He was friendly and funny! He picked us up at our hotel door. He texted his location to find him when we left. This was the perfect transportation service! Booking was super easy, communication was great and we knew exactly what to expect. We hired Grand Cru for a day of wine tasting. Alicia was waiting for us outside our hotel at the exact pick up time and was the perfect driver all day long. She was friendly and knowledgeable. At one point I realized I left my purse at the previous winery and without hesitation she retrieved it for me so that we could stay and enjoy our tasting. My wife and I hired this limousine company for a day long wine tasting tour and it was lovely. Alicia was our driver and she was very knowledgeable about the area, the wineries, and made the experience a wonderful trip. Ahead of time they helped me plan our day and make reservations for tastings and gave recommendations for food and where to go not only for that day but for the rest of our stay in the area. It was nice not worrying about driving or Uber/Lyft during wine tastings. read more

Alicia and Alex helped make my birthday such a memorable experience! They outreached the day before to make sure they had the proper pick up address and Alicia showed up a few minutes early to make sure we had a timely departure. She drove safely on the winding wine country roads, assisted with loading up wine we purchased and was very friendly. They even had bubbly and waters for us to enjoy while we drove around! We had such classy and clean transportation from Grand Cru. We utilized their service for a bachelorette party and visited a few wineries in the area. I believe we had one of their sprinter vans and it exceeded my expectations! The interior was so nice and perfect for 11 people. Kyle was our driver and he was super nice/helpful throughout the day. Grand Cru Limos really delivered on our recent visit to Paso! Alex was helpful and knowledgeable as he took some ideas from our group and scheduled our trip! He also helps you understand how many hours your winery visits will take. If you take longer, you know what it will cost. Tips are included in the cost. "KC" picked up our group of five ladies right on time. He happily took our group photos at every stop. We were in an SUV which allowed KC to shine with his knowledge of the winery histories, local landmarks, and fun facts along the way. He kindly kept us on track to keep our day on schedule while balancing our need to finish tastes and checkout at our stops. He even took a moment to show us around downtown because our drop off was so close! He also helped us carry our wine purchases! Our group tipped him more because he was so awesome! Grand Cru and their drivers are the highest caliber! On two previous Grand Cru Limos winery visits I was with a bigger group and we traveled on the party buses which are awesome too! I would recommend Grand Cru to everyone I know!!! read more

Grand Cru Limousine responded to a quote request through Yelp. They were quick to respond and flexible with our needs. We were in need of a vehicle to house 4 adults and 2 children (both in car seats). They were accommodating and our driver, Pat, was friendly and helpful. Grand Gru was recommended by another limo company I inquired with but they were booked - and I'm so happy Grand Cru had availability! Alex was so friendly and helpful through the booking process. The limo arrived on time and everything worked great. Great AC, great sound of music (loved the bluetooth capabilities), and very comfortable. I also appreciated how fairly priced it was. Our driver, Pat, was incredible. So friendly and fun, and kept us on time for all of our appointments. He checked us into all our tastings, and just offered the best service. He worked with all my questions and gave a ton of recommendations based off what I was looking for. He gave great options for food and made all the reservations needed for the day. We were lucky enough to have Jed as our guide for the day. Pick up was on time and we went rolling on. He got us checked into the wineries and made sure we were settled and checked back to make sure we were on schedule. He was easy going even when we decided to cut the tour one winery short and grab coffee instead. She offered to hangout in the car with the dogs and picked us up sandwiches for us too. He booked tastings at places we never would have found on our own, got us into super unique spots (including private homes where we met the winemakers!), and even surprised us with brownies. On top of that, he was clearly very well-connected and helped us get deals at multiple wineries. Both Bryan and Rick were amazing--professional, fun, and made the whole experience feel seamless and special. This honestly made our trip. We'll 1000% be booking with Rick again next time we're in Paso and couldn't recommend him more highly.

And God forbid any paying customer -- solo or not -- has a problem with a wine tour, for we can see the level of cordiality, care, and accountability they'll encounter *** The Wine Line discriminates against solo travelers and refuses to do business with them unless you agree to a hefty solo supplement -- for a shared tour! I was once a happy repeat customer, but when trying to book last year, a representative told me, word for word (see emails in photos), this: "We are currently not servicing single passengers due to the work required... your patronage is simply untenable, financially." Wow, my patronage is simply untenable. That's straight up greed with a dose of haughty nastiness. I've never heard anything like that before, ever, from any business, and I've dealt with some truly awful and shady businesses before. Also: want to bring your pup along? No more, and especially if you are traveling solo with one: "It's just a bit burdensome and financially a loss to accommodate a single... particularly with a dog." Wow, we're a bit burdensome too. This policy and this attitude is the opposite of the welcoming spirit I experienced from them before. If they're comfortable sidelining solo guests, I can't help but wonder what other corner-cutting decisions, surcharges, and greediness now lurks behind the facade they project on Yelp and on their website. I truly regret having given them a glowing review in the past. To anyone who heeded my previous advice and ended up deceived, I apologize. Avoid. We don't need to condone this behavior from ANY business.

I would give them more stars if I could. Grand Cru is excellent! My first experience with Grand Cru was earlier this year (this review is long over due) when I was arranging a wine tasting trip to central California for my girlfriend, my sister and her friend, and myself. I booked an SUV through Alex and it was super easy. He showed up right on time with a really nice truck. Alex was the perfect combination of personable and professional. He knew the local wineries really well and everywhere we went we got a warm welcome. He obviously has a high standing in the industry and it was really fun to be shown the area by an insider. Alex quickly became like one of our friends and we had a blast spending the day with him. It was my sister's friend's first ever time wine tasting and Alex helped make it fun and approachable. He remained nice and professional even when we got a little rowdy near the end. When he dropped us off payment was simple. My girlfriend and I went wine tasting again this past weekend and Grand Cru was our first call. We used the personal chauffeur service. A driver, Dara, came to our B&B and drove us to the wineries in our car. I can not say enough good things about Dara! She was super knowledgeable, super friendly and just an awesome person to spend a day with. Everyone in the industry seemed to know and like her, and her connections got us into some personal tours and barrel tastings. It was amazing! I have been tasting in the area for several years and have used several different companies but Grand Cru is now the only service I will use. Trips with them are simply better and more fun. If you are looking for a transportation service in central California, this is it! read more

We recently visited Paso Robles and had the good fortune to have Grand Cru Limousine escort us through the vineyards. Every step of the way Alex and Michael provided outstanding customized service with vast knowledge of the area, the wines and the vineyards we were visiting. They are a total service company: When we needed lunch... recommendations came forward, without asking boxes were carried, pre-planned tastings adjusted to accommodate shifts in schedules, terrific recommendations for dinner, breakfast, and even a local number for taxi service later in the evening, the list continues! On both days Grand Cru meet us at the exact moment agreed. They keep track of the time so we didn't go over without us knowing, and they subtly keep us on course for our visits (which I'm sure was increasingly difficult as the day evolved!!). They have the balance of professionalism while infusing the trip with a bit of their own personalities. We loved every minute. We will recommend their services to all our friends who visit the area. read more

My girlfriends and I had one of the best wine tasting experiences this past weekend mainly due to the fact that we hired Alex for our driving needs. We were picked up promptly at the hosts house at 9:45 with his limo which was in pristine condition. Very knowledgeable and professional, he was one step ahead of us gals as the day rolled on. He over heard us wanting to munch on treats we had brought along and before we knew it, he produced the bag of goodies before we could even ask to grab it from the limo. He reminded us of our itinerary and would give us suggestions of when we should leave to reach our next appointment of tasting. If not for Alex we most definitely would have been behind on our wine journey. If you're looking for a care free way to sample some (a lot of) great wine in and around Paso Robles, Grand Cru Limousine is the only way to travel. We have just finished the second Grand Cru Limousine driven trip to Paso and our group had a challenging two days of bachanalian mayhem planned. Alex, who was our driver for the previous trip, set us up and this time, Kyle was our driver. These people don't just drive you around safely in nice, clean vehicles, they know the territory and it's inhabitants, they are human Paso encyclopedias telling you what you need to know about where you are going and who you are going to see. On this expedition, as his passengers collective sense of order and adherence to the itinerary began to unravel, Kyle re-arranged times and destinations to make our days work. What more could you ask for? They're not called Grand Cru for nothing. read more

Our first time visiting Paso Robles and we were very excited to embark on our scheduled wine tour :-) My new "fiance" had somehow managed via e-mail to get lucjy enough to make all the arrangements with Alex from Grand Cru Limo Services and it was on a scale of 1 to 10 a 15+ Alex was super prompt in picking us up at Hotel Cheval and we were on our way. He was polite, charming and grew up in Paso Robles (ask him to do his wild turkey call for u) and quickly summed us up (in a professional way) so he could take us to where we would be excited and awed by what we saw! The four wineries we visited were breathtaking.....the aechitecture "to die for" and the wines amazing. I was so sad that our 4 hour tour was over. We used Grand Cru Limo Service over the weekend. Micheal our driver was amazing. He took care of every detail from serving us appetizer's provided by the wineries to sorting and caring out our wine to the vehicle. After visiting 2 big wineries we were ready for a smaller and quaint atmosphere. Micheal selected 2 wineries (at our request) and they were perfect. The owners were friendly and inviting and they both produced incredible wines which we and our party signed up as members. I have used several limo services in Paso and considered them all to be very good. But Alex owner of Grand Cru Limo and Micheal surpass all others. Grand Cru will be my "Go Too" limo service in the future! read more

Grand Cru was recommended to me by a good friend, and they did not disappoint. They were very punctual and involved with making sure my group was well taken care of. We were a group of 10 with four of them being Paso virgins, so I wanted to make a good, lasting impression. Alex was very knowledgeable about the wineries and very friendly. They set up our tastings at the different wineries that we wanted to go to so I wouldn't have to hassle with it. He even went above and beyond to get us set up for the next days tastings although he was completely booked and unavailable to take us. I would highly recommend Grand Cru and Alex. We used this Limo service to go wine tasting. Everything was great! The four of us had a great afternoon of wine tasting. Alex was very knowledgeable and was well connected with the wineries we wanted to visit. He even introduced us to the owner of a very exclusive winery which allowed us to gain insight into the business side of wine making. Absolutely the best limo service in the entire county!! They are easy to use, always prompt with their timing, very helpful if you need anything while you are on your tour/drive. I have used them for numerous occasions, even for my wedding. They offer you the option of what type of vehicle you would like to use and different prices to suit your budget! We pre-arranged with Alex a wine-tour for our party of six. Two of the folks in our party required a van that allowed them to not have to crawl in. Alex came through with his Mercedes Van. The tour was excellent, everywhere we went, Alex was known and greeted. Alex's knowledge of "Paso" and of the various wineries was entertaining and informative. We loved our tour of the wonderful vineyards in Paso Robles.
