From getting a quote to booking I could not have loved this business more. I immediately heard back from Jed. He is very responsive. He worked with all my questions and gave a ton of recommendations based off what I was looking for. He gave great options for food and made all the reservations needed for the day. We were lucky enough to have Jed as our guide for the day. Pick up was on time and we went rolling on. Wow, I don't even know where to start! Jed was our complete and total lifesaver last night. I was vacationing up north with my family for spring break, and on our way home we unfortunately hit a coyote and the radiator to our rental car gave out. What was even more unfortunate was that it happened pretty much in the middle of no where (San Ardo) Uber would not service where we were. I tried calling cab companies and they too wouldn't help. We went to Paso Robles for a friends birthday. When I called Paso Robles wine tours, and talked to Jed he gave me information right away. I told him what kind of wines we enjoyed and he picked out three wineries that were perfect for us! All of the reservations were made for us. Our driver, Tara was great. She got us to each one of the wineries on time. Coming from Oranr County, I contacted Jed regarding setting up a birthday wine tour, including my older parents and my 11 yr old niece. He was so knowledgeable about all of the wineries we wanted to visit and set up tastings for each, including birthday surprises! Jed is awesome! I found him here on Yelp, and he went above and beyond my expectations. From the very beginning of planning, Jed was super responsive and helpful with winery recommendations and even a chef for in home cooking experience (Kean of Earth and Oven- one word, YUM). His van is super comfortable and clean- and we traveled with TWO babies! Two car seats, two nap schedules, you name it. Jed made our first wine outing with the babes a success. Jed even called ahead at places to let them know if we were running late, or even to book a last minute tasting for us. He's the winery concierge you didn't know you needed! Jed was incredible! He took us around three wineries during a bachelorette weekend trip to Paso and working with Jed was honestly one of the easiest parts of planning the trip. During planning, Jed was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He checked in, offered to help with winery suggestions and planning, and was generally super knowledgeable about the area. As this was my first time planning a wine tour but not my first time wine tasting in the area, this was the most ideal arrangement for me -- I could choose ultimately what we wanted to do, but knew I could count on Jed for his insight and help. When a couple wineries I was thinking of were booked up, Jed came in with some great recommendations at our price point. I also got the sense that if I wanted to be more hands off and leave the planning entirely up to Jed, he would've done a stellar job. During the actual trip, Jed was so easy to get along with. He tolerated our bachelorette weekend playlist, cracked jokes, brought our snacks out to us at one winery, took pictures for and with us (he was one of the girls by the end), and even called ahead when we were running a little behind to our final destination. Every single member of the bridal party said that he was a perfect guide, and that was even after our wine buzz's died down at the end of the day. Jed also never corrected me when I called him Jeb during the entire planning process and most of the tour (the fault of a minor miscommunication)! Though I was very embarrassed, it just goes to show how much Jed is willing to go with the flow -- and we laughed it off when I finally realized my mistake in the last hour of the day. Overall, the price was reasonable and the service was exceptional! Jed was great! We were traveling from Virginia. I emailed him a few weeks before we came out. He got back with me quickly. Found out what our tastes were and then sent us suggestions and we picked from those. Everything went very smoothly. Picked us up promptly, the van was very comfortable and clean. We opted for the box lunches he suggested which were very good. He found out we were traveling the pacific coast highway the next day on our way to Monterey and made several suggestions for that trip. We stopped at Salmon Creek Falls and Nepenthe for lunch. Where do I begin! Back in June, my friends and I were in Paso Robles on a cycling event and we needed transportation to our hotels. No Ubers/lyfts were available, so we reached out to Jed not expecting much given the fact that driving people to hotels wasn't his main business. Jed understood our bind and offered to help. He picked up us, dropped us off and refused to get paid for it. Yup, he did it for free to help us out. That's the kind of man he is. We explained the situation of what was happening to him and how that a ton of people who were part of this cycling event needed transportation to and fro throughout the day and early morning the next day. He jumped on the opportunity and offered so many stressed out cyclist a much needed help and support. It was good business for him and a Godsend to the rest of us. Jed is an amazing human and I'd support him in any way shape or form I can. Next time I'm in Paso, I'm definitely taking one of his tours. I already know they're phenomenal just based on who he is.
