Dereck responded and answered all my questions. They did reservations and itinerary for me, meeting our needs and what I had requested. I didn't receive the itinerary til the actual day of and I had to ask for it. Pick up was scheduled for 9am, driver needed to pick up some of my guests at a hotel in Atascadero and the rest of us at an Airbnb in Paso Robles. Driver got to us at 930am and our first spot reservations was at 10am. So, of course we were late to our first stop to Rava winery. When we first met our driver Rick he seemed annoyed and not very welcoming or friendly. The bus only has 2 bottles of champagne for 12 people which not everyone could have. I just wish I knew they were only providing to 2 bottles. They did provide small water bottles and cups. The bus was clean and very nice. We did enjoy ourselves but we were only able to do 3 stops and half my group needed to get an uber back to their hotel after the third stop because we were running out of time which I was really upset about. I messaged the company to speak to a manager about our experience but I never got a call back or a response. I would love to try them out again to give them another chance but I'm afraid I will get the same experience.
