I didn't think the customer service could get any better than it was at booking of my needs and gathering the details for my sister's surprise birthday outing in Atlanta. Because I do not know much about Atlanta I needed a lot of guidance when explaining what I wanted to do in and around the city. I was assured that the driver would be courteous patient and kind with us and that he knew the city well . Kevin was our driver for the evening, because it was a surprise for my sister and she would be picked up first I had specific requests for the limousine (drinks, snacks, flowers etc) to my surprise Kevin was on time, limousine had everything I requested in it and he did not offer her any insight on what the night would entail. I rate our experience with 5 stars because we were a difficult, inconsistent group to contend with but the driver kept his composure and professionalism. He was knowledgeable of the city and actually helpful with making a recommendation when we decided to change one of the venues we intended to patronize. Limo was late picking up the wedding party, was not stocked up with any of the alcohol requested. Do not expect the same limos you see in the pictures, you will be disappointed. We gave the limo driver the alcohol to stock up the coolers for the ride home and he ended getting a 10$ styrofoam cooler from a gas station. Driver disappeared with the car for three hours without notice, called him up and he blamed one the kids for breaking a light and he had to fix it. When requesting for additional person to be picked up at the end of the night the driver flat out said no and he rolled the window up. Poor customer service and the least impressive stretch hummer I've ever ridden in. P.S. Red carpet treatment really means dime store rug thrown down. When trying to bring up our experience with upper management they simply called us "LIARS" and stopped responding. read more

This place is highly un professional. I booked a sprinter van for the weekend of the masters. Their website quoted the trip at $986.37. I spoke with a gentleman and he tried to talk me into a limo van for a deal from online price of roughly $1400 to $1225. I declined and said we would go ahead with the sprinter. I booked and they sent confirmation. Then I saw an email with a changed price to $1061.23 and a few minutes later another email with the price changed to $1225. Then an email canceling my rental altogether. I asked why and the lady who claimed to be the manager told me that they had a "glitch" in their system and that they never advertised the rental for $986. What she didn't know is that the guy I dealt with first told me that the reason for the extra cost was because of the masters. I'm sure this was done illegally but don't have the time to deal with these crooks. Don't trust them, highway robbery!! read more

I have been looking for point to point transportation for after my wedding and found that this company had great prices. I booked the trip and everything went through fine. I got an email after submitting my reservation saying that wedding send off was actually double the price of my original quote. I figured it was double because there were extra services they offered for a wedding send off and I decided to call to see if I could still get point to point only or I was going to cancel my reservation because the price was too high. When I called the receptionist that answered was clearly waiting for my call and as soon as I started talking she wanted to take me to her manager. While taking the phone to her manager she did not put the phone on mute and I overheard her say some ugly things about me. When the manager got on the phone things continued to get worse. There was no reason for the increase other than the ride being associated with a wedding. No extra services would be offered, nothing other than a mark up because it was my wedding. I understand that a lot of companies increases prices for weddings but the fact that this was double the cost for no real reason was ridiculous. read more
