Hiring this transportation company was the biggest regret of our entire wedding. What was supposed to be one of the happiest days of our lives was filled with avoidable stress, disappointment, and heartbreak because of their service. Despite coordinating every detail in advance, our shuttle driver ignored the agreed-upon timeline. After dropping off the first group at the venue, he disappeared for nearly an hour, leaving the groom, groomsmen, and our fathers stranded. When he finally arrived, he told the groom he had just been "waiting around the block." Because of this, we lost scheduled time with our photographer and videographer, time we can never get back. We had meticulously mapped out every moment of our day, knowing how limited the time would be. One tangible and heartbreaking result: we have no complete photos of our full bridal party. That's an irreversible loss from one of the most meaningful days of our lives. It's something we'll never be able to fix, and it's what we'll think of every time we look back at our wedding. We also had to delay the ceremony and reception because of the delays from the driver.  The issues didn't stop there. At the end of the night, the driver once again ignored the plan and refused to make multiple return trips. Instead, he waited until the bus was full and dangerously overcrowded, with guests standing in the aisle. This was not safe. We're left wondering: is this normal practice for this company? My parents couldn't even get on the shuttle. They were left stranded, late at night, at a dark venue. They had to download Uber on the spot just to find a way home. We were also deeply disappointed by the driver's demeanor. When he arrived extremely late to pick up the groom and bridal party, he didn't offer any apology or even acknowledge the delay. We had several concerns from our guests about both his training and judgment (pulling into a bike and pedestrian area, pulling into the exit instead of entrance). Several guests even commented that it felt like it was his first day driving. The person we originally coordinated everything with, Cynthia, is no longer with the company. We reached out the very next day, heartbroken and shaken. The company's COO, David, requested a phone call and when we spoke he promised to get back to us "ASAP" with a resolution. It's now been nearly a month since our phone call, and we've heard nothing. We trusted this company with something incredibly important. They failed us, not just in execution, but in basic accountability and human decency. We're sharing this so that no other couple has to go through what we did. Please, do not hire this company for your wedding or any event that matters to you. read more

Never had such a terrible experience with any company. I have chat with them , provide info and received an offer. Then they told me to send an e-mial to them so they will provide me with fix offer and documents to sign. I did that and got no answer. Next day u chatted with them again and they told me to send the email again. So i did. I got the offer and had couple a question so i have write an email back. Than one day later i got a response that the calculation was wrong and that they will send me another offer. Never received one. The next day i contacted them through chat again and now they just ignore me. Worst customer service. They just lost a Multibillion dollar client that has corporate events every month! This company came highly recommended. I've reached out to them for 5 months to request a partial refund and to speak to a manager. The representative insists that they performed as contracted and refuses to this date to let me speak to a manager. I have waited to write this review in the hopes of getting a response, but at this point it is clear that I will continue to get the run around. We had two buses that were supposed to shuttle wedding guests from the hotel to the reception hall. Then, those buses were to show up at 10:00 to take guests back from the reception to the hotel. We could not find one of the buses and it didn't show up until 10:27. It was February and quite cold, so many of our guests called an Uber since the bus was no where to be seen. Atlantic Limousine did an investigation and sent me videos and contends that the bus was there. In fact, the videos show that the bus did not show up until 10:27. My husband is actually in the video at 10:27, and he had been looking for the bus the entire time. After paying for 2 buses to accommodate our guests, we did not expect that people would have to call an Uber and wait in the cold. I would not contract with this company again after having this negative experience, especially in light of the fact that they won't even allow me to discuss this with a manager. read more

I can not believe that you cancelled a much anticipated 1st grade field trip the night before the kids were set to leave! Many parents also took off of work today to attend as well. Poor communication and lack of proper planning has left 55 first graders very sad that they can't attend their field trip. Beware with using this company! The worst! We booked 2 shuttles, 1 sprinter, 1 Getaway car for wedding. Getaway car broke down, never made to the reception to pick up bride and groom who found out minutes before they were leaving. They said they could get another car to pick them up and hour later, they would've been stuck there if family member hadn't taken them back to hotel! The sprinter was 45 minutes late to pick up the groom to go to the church. Blamed it on the wedding planner, who had given them the updated times, they just never updated them. It was 1000% Atlantic's fault. They caused chaotic chain of events from all of their mishaps. Plus, 2 of the 3 shuttle drivers were super rude. Obviously, didn't pay for no-show getaway car, had a hassle for credit of the late sprinter and VP I dealt with gave me wrong price 3 times. The lady who booked our reservations was very nice. Incredibly unprofessional organization! If you want to be sure your transportation runs smoothly you need to look at other companies! The staff turned over several times throughout the past few months, terrible communication and the worst was the shuttle driver got lost taking my wedding guests to my venue from the hotel. The driver got out of the shuttle with my guests in the vehicle to ask for directions that were 2 miles apart. WOW! Our limo driver on the other hand was fantastic! Unfortunately that didn't make up for the other situation as that affected 85% of our guests. We had a 55 passenger coach bus for our corporate event and it was easy to work with as a planner who was having a hard time scheduling some last minute details. Out of the three highest rated companies on Google they had the lowest price too. They provided the same great service as the others for a significantly lower price. - Stars if I could!!! BE AWARE!! DO NOT HIRE THEM....VERY IRRESPONSIBLES!! I hired them for our wedding to be the method of transportation from the Hotel-Church-Party Venue-Pictures Total of 5 hours. After the ceremony the Limo drove us to the venue where we were meeting with the bridal party for pictures at the golf course... I left the Limo for 5 min to go to the bathroom before heading to the golf course for pictures, and the limo left the facility 1.15 hours before his time was finished (per the contract) without telling anybody that he was leaving. They left us and the big bridal party with not transportation to where the pictures were going to be taken. Luckily, we found another method of transportation from the venue to the golf course which cost a lot us money, and could not fit the whole bridal party, which made us waist a lot of time bringing the bridal party to the pictures location in several trips. The contract was for 5 hours with an option to extend. They left at 3.45 hour without telling/asking anybody. It messed up all the plan for the wedding, we missed half of our time for partying, my pictures look awful because I was so upset about it, and we pay 3 times the original cost for transportation to fix their irresponsibility and their lack of commitment and professionalism. I contacted them and they only refunded me $100 dollars which doesn't even cover an hour of their service. It's a joke!!!! they didn't apologize or did anything else to make it up to us (which at this point is damage that can't be recovered because we hope this is our one and only marriage). We used Atlantic Limo for our wedding guest and grooms' departure transportation needs. At every step of the way, they were great to work with, helping to plan for the right shuttle size for our guest count and the appropriate amount of time between pickups based on the distance between the hotel and the venue. They were very agile, adjusting as needed to accommodate changes to our schedule. Our guests spoke very highly of the shuttle, which made two trips to and from the venue, each of which was right on time. At the end of the night, my husband and I departed the reception in one of Atlantic Limo's luxury sedans, which was a fantastic experience. The driver literally rolled out the red carpet for us and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us for the drive back to the hotel. He even took a longer route so we could take time to enjoy our champagne just the two of us and decompress from the whirlwind of the wedding reception before joining back with our guests for the after party.
