I rented a jumper last minute trying to make my daughters 4th birthday special and they were able to make it happen. They also delivered it the day before (today yay). So now my daughters weekend is really fun (despite covid). The delivery guy Javier cleaned it after set up so that was nice because in my mind I already knew I was going to get inside and disinfect it before my 2 kids got in it. He was friendly, he wore his mask, and sent a text before arrival saying he was on his way. Their prices are about average. They also have measurements on their website which is great so you don't make any mistakes in sizes. But they truly saved our weekend since we can't give her a normal party. Great experience! Everything was on time, the jumper was clean and the crew was easy to work with. We had one issue where a vent flap under the jumper didn't get completely shut so the jumper was a little soft I noticed. I gave them a call and they immediately came out and addressed it (it's wasn't something I could have known or fixed). The responsiveness to correct a issue quickly goes a long way to me and so 5 stars. I was glad for fixing the issue so the kids could enjoy the jumper instead of being told something like "we will give you a discount (but not correct it)". Even the best companies have issues. I placed an order for a jumper, chairs, and tables about a week ago for an event on the following Saturday. The party starts at 12pm and he quoted a delivery time of 9:30am-10:30am. It was a very good price, HOWEVER it is not worth the horrible customer service. The owner advised he would call me the day before the delivery. He took down my number as well as my husband's number IN CASE HE COULDN'T REACH ME. Mind you, this was all done through text at his request.... well the day before the event, today, I had a missed call from him. I texted him as I wasn't in a place where I could call him and he said, "Your mailbox was full. I will be there at 11:30am." That was cutting too close to the party's start time. I reiterated the quoted time but he replied, "I would have deliver your [sic] first but I couldn't get a hold of you or leave you a message...I told you I would call you on Friday to set up delivery time that when I have all my orders not my fault you didn't pick up your phone and your voice mail was full or not set up." Of course, it's all my fault.... He communicated with me via text 99% of the time and he took down my husband's phone number as well, who by the way did not receive any phone calls or messages from D & N. And yet, it's my fault. A business person with customer service skills would have texted me as he has done before or contacted the secondary number and said, "Hello, I'm trying to reach you to confirm delivery time. If you are unable to confirm with me soon, I may have to move your delivery time so please contact me within 1 hour" or something similar. Then if I didn't respond, then the fault is on me and I'd just have to deal with the later delivery time. But this guy didn't text me or contact the number he specifically asked for in case he couldn't get a hold of me!!! So I cancelled him.... his response? "No problem." I hired him in the first place due to a referral. So moral of the story is just because someone/a business is recommended doesn't mean it's going to be a good recommendation. My friend will no longer hire him for future parties as well. No problem. read more
