This was one of the best nail salons I've been to. I came in on a Sunday morning @ 11:30am right after opening, and was greeted right away. I also didn't have an appointment but they happily took me in I removed my overdue set and had a new set put on, and I got a classic pedicure as well. Both technicians who did my nails did a wonderful job, and what made the experience feel even more luxurious was that they have a full drink menu you can order from! They have everything from wine, juices, and water. Once I was ready to check out, Kim assisted me and actually told me that this salon is newly opened--beginning of 2023. This makes sense since everything looked very new, but this place was also very clean which I appreciated. They are also always having promotions, which makes the price way more worth it. I paid about $85 to remove my current set for a new set, and the classic pedicure after I showed them the 20% coupon they had going on. If you're looking for a quality nail salon that's worth the whole bang, look no further!! You will be treated well here, and will leave happy with great results & a happy wallet. read more

Update: I have visited this location several times and spent well over $100 each visit for Full set, refill and Pedicure. On my most recent visit I noticed the glue was a minimal amount so I asked Ruby to add more she said it would be fine and I said okay I am sure they will come off due to my short length. Approximately 9 days later the first nail came off, I called and Ruby asked me to come tomorrow but was unable so I returned the next day. She was very apologetic and had no problem fixing it. I asked her to check the others because I already knew what would happen. Well the next day another nail came off, I called and reported it but now I am frustrated because after paying $60 no nails should be falling off before 2 weeks. After receiving the 2nd repair I was told my new total is $5.00. I was APPALLED. I should have been informed it was a charge and also given the option of maybe just going ahead and doing a refill. Why pay $60, then 10 days later $5.00 then another 4 days later $50 for refill. Ve the front desk manager was very RUDE AND CONDENSING, I requested to speak with owner. She wrote the number for me to call and I asked if she would call and explain. She spoke with him and he requested to speak with me. After speaking with him he understood my frustration and further EXPLAINED THEY HAVE A 3 DAY POLICY. This is not written on any notices located in the establishment and I never had a problem before. My only concern was stand behind your product, it is not the COST but the PRINCIPLE. I was very respectable, calm and not rude but I was appalled and astonished it was unreal. The owner asked if I would come back and do not worry about the $5.oo but at this point I was embarrassed and not a fond of how I was treated. I told him I would pay the $5.00 and NEVER RETURN due to the inconsistency and disrespect. He was apologetic but the way I was treated by the manager (VE) who did not even want to give me her name which I had to get from the owner. I left peacefully and will not return. I needed to find a spot at the last minute on a Saturday evening so I decided to finally stop at Grand Posh Nails. I've passed this place many times as I live in the area but this was my first visit and I was highly impressed. I parked in front of the entrance and was greeted immediately when I entered. After I told the lady the service I needed and picked my color, I was immediately taken to the pedicure chair where my tech Liam was ready and waiting for me. I was offered a variety of beverage choices but declined since I had my own cup of flavored water. When I say this man took his time with me and rubbed & scrubbed my feet... he did ALL the things. Let me start by saying how spacious and clean Grand Posh nails was. This is a new place closer to Katy. Me and my sister use to go to a different place and now this is our new spot as this will be closer to home but mostly cuz they are very welcoming and friendly. First off the Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable in terms of the different types and designs of nails. If I could give a -10 I would for the absolute worst customer service. Manager with the long hair has ZERO communication skills, rushes you to pick a color and gets you seated. You will never have my service as a customer and I will never recommend anyone to come here. MONEY HUNGRY. I came in with no polish and left with no polish on my hands. You dipped my fingers in water and had the nerve to charge me $20 + my pedi which was $50. You offered a "discount" which I didn't care for but can't believe after you embarrassed me in front of clients you still charged me for a service you didn't even do and asked for a tip. Learn to listen what your customers want, don't rush them and stop over charging especially when you're not completing the service. I was asked several times for me to get my nails done but why would I? You decided to yell at me and forgot I was the paying customer. Awful place it's not even clean. I've been going to this place since it first opened..i go every month or so usually to get a pedicure and maybe a full set if i'm feeling up to it. However, recently I've noticed that the place is headed downhill. I had a recent visit and both the mani & pedi techs burned my skin to the point where i bled from trying to move too quickly. The staff has changed so much and honestly in my opinion they're not half as good as the people who worked there first. They're constantly in a rush and sometimes can be a little rude and rough. I go to the nail salon for pampering not to feel like i'm in a wrestle match. Don't get me wrong the place is still nice and there are a couple of people who work with integrity. The owner Toni resolved my billing discrepancy by refunding $30 out of $250 bill. However, I believe they try to get it right. But I still will just recommend train your staff be upfront at all times on pricing. I don't want to remove my review because I got $30 back. Because it defeats the purpose of keeping Yelp honest. When I tell you I will NEVER go back! Trust and believe they can be the last nail salon on Earth. I went to get my nails done December 31st and they got me in no problem. First pinky nail started to lift Tuesday January 3rd and by the end of the week both pinky nails broken. I went to get them fixed and they stated their policy was only within the first 3 days but they'll fix for me. I have come here like 7 times now. I usually try a place a couple of times before I leave a review. There have been times when I wasn't 100% satisfied, that's because I'm very particular and very detail-oriented. The best thing about this place and the employees is that they don't get upset with you when you don't like something and are willing to change it and fix it. Many places you go to, get upset with you when you don't like something(can be a little thing). We are all human, different people who like things differently but I don't like the fact some places expect us to like what they like and see what they see. I'm so glad I found this place, I love their customer service and they seem to care for their customers genuinely and not for the sake. Once my tip broke after a day and my nails didn't seem shiny like it's supposed to be so I went back to fix it, I was nervous thinking they might fuss and think I was difficult but it was the opposite, they were very nice and accommodating and it made me feel so good as a customer. Tommy is probably the best nail tech they have. Unfortunately, my problem is the Lady who owns the Grand Posh and accepts payment. I understand times are tough but you should not try to mislead people. If you offer 30% off your nail services, you should honor the offer you put out. In an effort, not to make a scene I just paid the invoice, knowing she purposely did not apply the correct discount. I was turned away because they don't offer "reshaping" services. I got a full set with a coffin shape at a nail salon out of town and wanted to get a more stiletto look. They told me "no" and to "go back to where I got my nails done before". Just wow!
