When you call the phone number you get transferred to a central call center and then they eventually call you back. The staff made a poor attempt to pretend to care about you situation and they will try to milk you for as much money as possible. I'd shop around and avoid this place. I'd also try to find a cheaper casket online as opposed to their cheapest option which is $5000.
