Washer repair. Needed a stuck agitator removed and replaced in my washer. I had tried many things air bags, straps, etc. and finally decided I needed to call someone in before I broke something more significant than just the agitator. Brian was outstanding. Having owned a home for about 5 years I can tell you that it can sometimes be quite the adventure to get a quote in a reasonable time but Brian Roush was able to get me a quote quickly and get us scheduled for some general handiwork. Brian was hired to replace 4 door knobs, clean our dryer vent and look at our outdoor outlets as to why they weren't working. He did really great work, explaining as he went on the door knobs as to what he was doing (I'm the curious type) and then took our dryer apart, cleaned it, cleaned the vent out (the pics speak for themselves) and lastly, showed me what was the issue with our outdoor outlets not working (hint it was a tripped fuse). Brian did all this in a timely manner, was very professional (even put on footguards when he came into our house) and charged very reasonable rates. And you will not have stroke when you get the bill. He was more than fair. We live full time in our motorhome. The large residential refrigerator is in a tight space. Brian, after his initial inspection, was not hesitant to take on the task of getting the fridge out of the cubby, tracking the problem, making the repair. Not as easy as doing this in a large kitchen. He helped me while I rebuilt the platform it sits on, making it stronger. I met Brian Roush this week when he came to my house to repair my dryer vent. Wow!!! I was so impressed! I needed help rather quickly so I posted on the Neighborhood app. Within 24 hours, my problem was resolved!! Brian contacted me he next morning. After a few texts, he ran to my house while I was at work, just to get an idea of what was going on with the vent, and then he met me after work, ready to start the job. I had been without an oven since the first of August (appliances were in short supply due to the shutdown because of Covid).
