Called the number on the website 5x between 1:23-2:48pm to try to make an appointment. I get the robogreeting, the call rings for about a minute and then disconnects. After the third failed call I drove to the Grandville location to see if they take walk-ins. Found the suite and the sign says appointment only. Tried calling a couple more times in the lobby with the same result, then decided to call it a day and visit another coin shop. read more

****AVOID!!!*****Made a purchase with this dealer online and when the underlying price of the metal went up the next day the items miraculously became out of stock. Refused to even replace the items with comparable ones even though they had them in stock. There is no room with these types of items to transact with a dishonest seller. read more

My First time going in there about two weeks ago and it was really awesome, super friendly people and certainly will be going back based on my experience FOR MY FIRST TIME. Didn't know what to expect but had really low expectations based on previous experiences from other coin shops and this one really hit it out of the park just solely based on the social interaction. Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Received this morning. Just a guess here but it looks like I have received someone else's returned order. Very unhappy. This was supposed to be unsearch bag pennies. The outer envelope had already been opened from the top and taped closed. It had also been opened at the sticky closure part of the envelope. Opened 2 times??? Hmmm There was a cheap unbleached small bag inside with a plastic zip lock bag. Not only was the zip lock taped up but it was also opened from the bottom of the ziplock. Not in a straight line. there were no pennies inside the bag. 2 pennies were stuck to the tape. Folded up the clear ziplock bag and shoved inside. The way everything has been opened i have to assume 2 people actually returned this item and it was still sent to me. These pennies have clearly been picked thru. Not happy. we have dealt with Ben on a couple of occasions. He has always been honest and fair. He gave us a list of what they are worth and how much he will pay us. He pays a fair price. we will deal with no one else. read more
