I had tried to purchase boots on someone else's online store and had a bad experience. I then ordered different boots on the Wolverine website and had a great experience, and the price was right. While the boots that I received rubbed a part of my foot wrong, I needed to return them. Wolverine had no problem, provided a free return, and refunded my money promptly. I couldn't be happier with the online experience with Wolverine. Highly recommended.

While standing in line to purchase them, the women behind me said that she was buying her 4th pair of these leggings in a different color because they were the best leggings she's found at the lowest price. I'm wearing said leggings now and she has a point: these things are pretty comfortable, they seem well made, and the price was right. If I lived closer to Rockford, you would see me back in line here for another pair.

Beltline NE. Needless to say after I explained it to the two employees, they told me because you washed the socks, they can't take back the socks. I said fine, then refund my money. They refused. I asked to talk to a manager. They said the manager is in the back and they went and "talked to the Manager" and when they returned repeated that they will not refund my $21+ and that if I didn't leave the store immediately, they would call the police. I did and told them I was writing a review of this. Honestly loved Sketchers for years, buying 4 or 5 golf shoes, hiking boots, tennis shoes and walkers. Plus several different sets of socks.
