It was a beautiful property when we first moved it. They had ( past tense) great amenities and a beautiful property. The original staff was wonderful they truly cared about its residents and the property as a whole. The current management and maintenance staff not so much, don't expect your security deposit back and don't expect any amenities. Don't expect to have your issues resolved either, you'll be disappointed, really disappointed. The promise of the gates ever working is just that a promise that leads to no where. The property is littered with dog fences and much of the landscaping has died, pine straw and bad sprinklers is all that's left. No one picks anything up here not even your spirits. Common spaces are stained with liquid trash from residents garbage bags dripping down the halls and stairs. Spiders and cob webs adorn the bug filled light fixtures in the hallways. BEWARE! Actually no stars should be given but it won't allow me to do that. I lived here for a year and have absolutely nothing positive to say nor did I feel like I was treated fairly considering the amount of rent I was paying. Funny they are trying the rent my old apartment now for $400 more than what I was just paying! They are insane! This is not a luxury apartment complex in more ways than one! Landscaping is pathetic, there is always dog feces EVERYWHERE, we had gnats after we moved in, there was a water line break in the complex and my water bill doubled right around Christmas time which I don't think any tenant should have had to pay for their neglect! My second vehicle had a check engine light on and I was unable to get it to a mechanic to fix it before the tag expired; maybe a couple of weeks. I moved the car down to a lower lot to allow others park because you can NEVER find a parking spot! Shame on me for trying to do the right thing. I go to get the car to take it to get it fixed and Grand Reserve @ Canton towed my car which cost me $300 to get it out of impound not including the missed work, etc! No courtesy call, just towed it! Last thing I needed to be dealing with! The man living downstairs from us had outstanding warrants for aggravated assault and kidnapping and was tased out in the parking lot in front of his children because he ran from the police. He had heroin and meth in his possession, and all of this is going on downstairs and in the parking lot. This place is less than safe! They advertise as an "upscale" "gated" community and that is a complete joke! The only gates working are the ones to get out. Basically, anyone can come in anytime they want to and residents have wait to get out! Makes no sense, much like the management here! Complete joke! After we finally got out of this horrible living situation, my bank card was compromised and my new card was inadvertently shipped to this old address. I called the office to see if they had retrieved it from in front of my old apartment and they sat on it for two days. No call, no email..... No one has a lick of sense here! This place is run by a bunch of unprofessional, careless, young girls who don't have a clue what they are doing! Save yourself from the headache these people will create in your life and where you live. read more

Great apartment great staff. Big complaint is they won't open the fitness center except when they're in the office. No workouts after 5 M-S and nothing on Sunday. Those who work until 6 or on Sundays can't use this or the sauna. Needs to be remedied asap read more

I have lived at Grand Reserve Apartments since the property was first built. And I have been treated poorly the entire time I lived here. I have been harassed by my neighbors to the point where I had to file an complaint with the police department. This past weekend I had a birthday party for my 16 year old daughter. And I come home to a lease violation on my door when our lease starts that there are quiet hours which we were following. This was one day that I wanted to celebrate my daughter's birthday in my home that I pray $1700 per month in rent. I don't complain about my neighbors dog barking and running all the place in the morning but I will. I have hated my experience living here and I feel that I have been treated poorly because of my race. You will be harassed if you're black and live here be ware! read more

Okay, the walls are thin, people don't pick up their dog poop & sometimes the one trash compactor overflows. You can hear everything with the neighbor above you. They have a non-smoking property which is weird to me. The hallways are dirty I wish they clean it read more
