This is the main parking deck for the State Farm Arena & Mercedes Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta…read more When you purchase parking here it will be called the "CNN Parking Deck" though there I could hardly find in the parking deck or outside where I could see any signs calling it this, and definitely not as you're driving through downtown stressful traffic. I have no idea why and it's literally bound to be confusing even for those who have come to the arenas in the past (such as my family). The best way I can describe to get here is it is the parking directly across the street from the main entrance to the State Farm Arena. There are signs that say "parking deck", but not CNN specifically but it's the same thing. It's not the sapphire deck, it's further down. Inside of the arena there actually is a sign for the CNN Deck, which has a bridge connected that you can walk across. Or just cross the street, neither is really faster or more convenient than the other. All in all, once you figure out how to get here and get parked, it's quite a nice spot for heading to one of the arenas. There's a covered walkway which was clutch for us as we came to a Hawks game on a rainy day. And it's never fun or quick to leave a sports event or concert, but this is probably the best leaving a parking space I've experienced!

I promptly emailed Peachy and the manager replied to me within minutes. When I arrived, the bus driver stopped by the Lost and Found office and they had set aside the items that I left in the bus. I was greeted at the parking deck and the team helped me with my luggage and I was on my way with a cold bottle of water. Great service, secure, efficient! I will be parking there in the future!

When we arrived, they were waiting for us. The driver told us that when we return to ATL, call the number on our parking ticket & the handicap accessible bus will pick us up. So when we landed back in ATL we called the number on our way to baggage claim. He said they would be there in 5 mins. As soon as we walked out the door, he was waiting for us with the ramp ready for our son to roll up to! Our driver, Emmanuel, was great! He made sure our son was comfortable & safely strapped our son in. He was fantastic!!! After parking elsewhere & having issues with getting our son & his chair on buses, we will always park with Peachy from now on!

It's 8 stories with about 2700 available parking spaces. They built this puppy in a matter of about 9 months which in itself is quite the feat! Currently it is only for students, alum, faculty, staff and special events. For students its about $26 per semester and for alum its about $23. The place is well lit especially at night and security patrols the place. Eureka! As far as I know during regular business hours its only for faculty and staff only but in the evenings, weekends and when the Bailey Center has a performance guest can park here for free but don't quote me on that... you should definitely call the Bailey Center first to double check. Their number is (470) 578-6650. The parking lot is on the left side of the Bailey center if you're looking at it on google map. I've used the parking lot on the weekends to meet up with folks at the Wilson Anex Center before and for evening choir practice. Pretty convenient spot except for when it rains... you have to walk on the shooshy grass medians and get your shoes all muddy...

I chose this deck for it's location and pricing. Upon arrival, I noticed the prices were different than what I had seen posted online -- ie: up to 24 hrs is now $16, not $12. At the time of this review (March 2026) parking fees at this garage are incremental as follows: $4 ..... 0-30 mins $8 ..... 31-60 mins $12 ... 61-90 mins $16 ... 91 mins - 24 hours After 24 hours the rates repeat. Lost ticket fee is $20. Note -- The payment kiosk only accepts debit or credit cards, no cash or tap to pay.
