I used National Parking at a recent stay at the Double Tree in Smyrna right by SunTrust Park. From the minute I pulled up the guys staffing this valet were nothing but professional and courteous. I parked and retrieved my car at least a dozen times during my stay and every time no matter the valet attendant it was the same great service. When you initially park they ask you for your cell phone number and text you a link. Inside of that link it takes you to their internal site where you can click on retrieving your car. The great thing is it tells you exactly where you line up in retrieval. I will tell you it never took more than 5 minutes usually less to retrieve my car. In most cases I would click on the retrieval button and before I even got downstairs my car was already ready. What I also liked is the fact is each time I was met with "Have a great day", "Welcome back to the Double Tree", " How is your evening going" etc...a true class act. read more

FAKE RATINGS!!! DONT JUST LOOK AT THE RATINGS!!! READ THE COMMENTS PLEASE!!!! They are HORRIBLE!!!!! Do not park in their garage!!!! SLUM LORDS OF PARKING GARAGES!!!! They use fake reviews to boost their ratings. They have a janky app with pop ups and is confusing and cumbersome to use to delay you from paying. And if you walk away from your car, they will boot it within 1 minute. $75 to remove it. The parking lot attendant is hiding in an unmarked vehicle car waiting. When I called to have the boot removed and told them I paid for parking, they told me I paid at 8:36 and they booted my car before that. I have a text showing that I texted someone I was meeting at 8:37 when I got to the restaurant and a screen shot of maps showing that the restaurant is a 2 min walk from the garage. They had to literally boot my car as soon as I walked out of the garage. read more

I live in Atlanta and frequently dine at The Optimist and Superica on Howell Mill Road. On multiple occasions have I caught the valet attendants with this company doing terrible things. They've left my car running in the garage while walking away to another car. I needed to grab something and the valet handed me my key as he was walking away from my running vehicle. I now have received a parking ticket from 2/5/24 due to the Valet ILLEGALLY PARKING MY VEHICLE ON THE STREET. And now I am supposed to pay this ticket for their illegal wrong doing? Cannot say anything good about this company and am furious that this behavior is allowed. read more

Some workers at this valet are rude. I valeted at the optimist, paid $6 for valet plus $2 tip and $2 convenience fee, and they didn't even bring my car up all the way. Furthermore, when I walked up to my car confused bc they didn't even have it on and I wasn't sure where the keys were, the guy just handed me the keys. He clearly saw I had a baby and a bag in my arms and didn't even open the door. Rude! I wish I never tipped! read more

I visited a restaurant called Rock Steady in Atlanta Ga., where I was forced to valet my car. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, it had white paint on my front fender. The driver apologized and said that I needed to submit a claim. He proceeded to use my phone to process the claim. I received an email from their claims department denying my claim because I checked in at 10pm and checked out at 1:00am and because it was after midnight, it was considered the next day. I can't reach anyone to discuss as they don't answer the phone or return voicemails. read more

I had an issue with an employee this morning. At the St.Vincents hospital parking garage, in Birmingham Ala. What happened could have easily been a lawsuit against the employee and employer. Granted the experience I had was the worst experience. I think I've had in my entire life. A girl working the exit booth at the hospital. Allowed 4 or 5 cars in front of me go through. Didn't take any kind of payment. As I pulled up. She asked what time my doctor's appointment was. I told her. She said my total would be 5 or 8 dollars. I don't carry cash. And seeing as how the arm was up when I pulled into the parking lot. I wasn't prepared to pay when I left. I told her that and said I would get my spouse to send it real quick. I did ask why I was the only person being charged. She got and attitude and I quote "Just go the F*** on, I deal with people like you all day. Driving around in a Lexus but can't pay to park ". I said. "Excuse me? ", her response was even more hostile and aggressive. I was told to go the F*** on again. I asked her who she worked for? She made sure her badge was turned around so I couldn't see a name and said not F****** you. As I put my phone up to record her. She came in my window and knocked my phone into the floorboard of my car and informed me I wasn't going to blank blank record her. I had called 911, to make a police report. Because this person. Literally assaulted me. Reach in my person vehicle and tried to damage personal property. She continued on her rant. Even had another girl get out of her car and approach my window. Telling me that I couldn't sit where I was. I was blocking sick people in. But I wasn't sick was I. I was at the hospital for the fun of it. Long story short. I called my doctor's office, the Birmingham Police department, security at the hospital, and was directed to a local manager. Who said they would look into it. And call me if they needed more info. I knew I would never hear anything back. So I called the Atlanta corporate office. They directed to the HR department. Who I spoke to. And even though their employee. Treated me worse than I've ever been treated. Everyone that I have spoken with on a corporate level. Have been caring. Apologetic , and seem to actually care. You can't blame the company for 1 employee that needs to be fired. It's a really sad day. When people can't treat others with respect. And think it's ok to physically put their hands on people and people belongings. But as I said, to HR. This situation could have been 1000 times worse. This day and age. What that girl did to me. She does it to the wrong person. The end result could be her getting hurt if worse. Would I recommend use the parking deck at St.Vincents hospital. Absolutely not if that girl continues to work there. But as for the company. I believe they will do the right thing. Working on getting the audio recording from the 911 dispatcher. And they can always look at the security tapes. read more

Need to pay me my money I never got! They skipped me out on a few paychecks and shorted me some! Shady company

Dangerous to park here. Parking lot on 11th and Juniper in Atlanta is a complete rip off and money trap. New to Atlanta with visitors from out of town. Parked there late in evening, did not see attendant or extremely difficult to read sign near entrance. Dark lot, and did not see parking ticket dispenser in a valley over 200 ft away (which was not lit at all). When we returned an hour later, my car had a boot on the tire, with a $75.00 ticket on it. I believe it is illegal to tamper with a private vehicle in this way. The attendant arrived in a truck to take my money and remove boot, but was unapologetic as out the lack of readable signage or lighting. When I mentioned I did not see the signage, he pointed and said it was at the entrance. I defy anyone to read the cryptic sign on this poorly lit street. Parking here is just throwing away money. read more

Here is yet another review on the poor claims experience by National Parking. My vehicle was damaged by one of their employees on Dec. 3, 2016. I have had the most challenging time getting resolution to this situation. The employee had parked my vehicle in between two trees (who does that?) and subsequently knocked my mirror off when he was bringing it to me. I was there thankfully when it happened so it was no denying what happened or who did it. The onsite manager tried to assist but it took him 30 mins to even come over once he was notified. Once he did he provided the contact and information for the claims process. I called immediately and took pictures that Saturday night. Emailed and called the office to follow. No response. Called on Tuesday. No response/answer. Called on Thursday to Mr. Maynard's (Claims guy) cell and he finally answered. He seemed to be ready to resolve this situation and provided me with the process of getting my now REIMBURSEMENT processed. I could no longer wait for them to get my vehicle repaired and didn't want to continue to risk my safety by having a mirror dangling off the side of my vehicle. I sent the quote in and then no response...again. A week later my vehicle is finished and payment is due. No follow-up had occurred. I call both numbers and Mr. Maynard is now saying there is some other form to complete. I complete this form immediately because I'm beyond frustrated...on the way to furious! He assured me that once that was completed and returned, the Controller would be processing the check. I could either come pick it up or have it mailed to me. As of today...no check has been received. Mind you, this all took place during the holiday season where to have an expenditure of this magnitude was not in my budget and has caused me an extreme inconvenience. I have reached out and left messages for the Claims guy, the president of the company and spoken with the office assistant...all to no avail. I hate to write these type of reviews but if you ever have to park in a lot managed by National Parking, proceed with caution. If you ever need to contract parking services, proceed with caution. I am not confident if they will handle customers' vehicles with care and if there are issues, it will take forever to resolve...I'm still waiting. read more

I had 2 employees outside directing traffic because the 3 valets were completely incompetent. When I complained, I was told to "shut up, you are older than my grandmother." National Parking's staff always showed up on-time, prepared and never provided anything less than stellar services. National Parking has an operation in Athens, Ga that runs a few parking lots that students use near the UGA campus. Last semester they had an option to buy a semester-long parking permit at the lot off of North Oconee for $180. This semester, they've decided to take away the option to buy semester-long passes, and they've increased the monthly pass charge to $65. That's almost double the price of last semester. In addition to raising prices without warning, when they surely know that a majority of their pass-holders are less than financially well-off college students, they offered a garbage explanation for it when I called them. All that their representative could tell me was that the semester-long passes are no longer being offered because they are "doing construction" on the lot in March. This company doubled prices on students with absolutely no warning, and screwed us out of parking with absolutely no care in the world. They have all of our contact information so it would've been easy for them to give us some notice. But no. All they care about is their bottom line. If you have the choice, do not EVER support this company again. Shittiest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. read more

Instead of having to keep up with your valet ticket, they will send you a text that you would have to respond to to have your car ready. Great experience! I received a text when my car was out front.
