It's taken months for them to get it right, and it still isn't. The nurse (older lady from Crested Butte) is so incompetent. She can't communicate well, ask questions correctly, doesn't listen to answers, and can't pronounce prescription names. She acted like she lives on another planet. Dr. Tardif had me go directly to the hospital so my test results would come back quickly, the same day. Had a full blood panel and chest x-ray. This was Wednesday. Didn't Receive a call on Tuesday. Wednesday afternoon, still no word. I placed a call Wednesday afternoon. Was places on hold twice, with the promise the doctor would be right with me. After holding for 20 minutes, a staff member came on the phone and said the doctor would call me back soon. It's now late afternoon on Friday and still no phone call. All around grossly negligent!

I was tested for my word comprehension in the high frequency range in a way that my brain was not able to plug in the consonants if that makes sense. Linda also understands the hearing aid industry and the technology available for those with profound loss and the struggles that individuals with such loss have adapting to new aids. Finally, the prices are very reasonable if one is paying out of pocket.
