Two stars for receptionist who lacked warmth and probably should not be a front desk person. (She wasn't rude but she wasn't super friendly either.) My first experience here i paid $70 for a contact consultation.I was given my new prescription, they were inserted for me & I was told one of the front ladies would show me how to care for them (first time user) I was sat for 15 minutes (the only customer in the store btw) was told to pay & sent on my merry way,I then had to come later after work to finish my consultation.When I call to order new ones (on day of expiration as told) miss Neketa answered the phone with a disgusting attitude and treated me as if I was interrupting something. I ask for how much it would be and she proceeds to tell me it's nearly TRIPLE the price quoted at the consultation. I ask if insurance was applied and she scoffs then tells me she's "gonna have to call me back if I want that info" I say that would be okay she scoffs again and the line clicks. when she calls again the price is still wrong so I ask if coming in would be easier? In the same attitude she reply's no & asks if i was going to order them or not. I tell her I will just come in because I'm confused about pricing. when I show up someone starts assisting me & again (with same attitude) miss Neketa yells across a very busy lobby that my "name of insurance" will only cover "said amount" (not disclosing because that is a HIPPA violation if I remember correctly) not asking my name, if I was the woman just in the phone, nothing. Stunned she just yelled that across the lobby like that I ask if I can go over to her so we can have a private convo. Both women continue to inform me that I was misquoted at the consultation & I still left paying almost double, not to mention no heads up until a text message almost 24 hrs later that my contacts take 3-6 weeks to process. I highly enjoyed my doctor but i strongly believe some ladies in the front are just in the wrong job field. no compassion, patience, or empathy whatsoever. do better. read more

Recently took my kids for their exams with Dr. Anderson. Cool doc and the kids didn't hate the exam. Then we got hooked up with this exceptional sales guy(idk what they're called) Stu. ( spelling?) and he walked/talked my son through his first pair of contacts and was super informative and funny when ordering all the goodies for the glasses. Completely transparent and my kids and I really enjoyed our time there (around 1 1/2 hrs) and they left satisfied with their choices. That guy is a real find for any business to have. read more

Waste of time! They charge extra for a two second "second" test and said it would give a more clearer view on what Rx we need but it's not necessary. They're lenses cost waaaayyyuu too much! read more

A national chain but treats their customers like they're at a down home mom and pop vision center. I've struggled to get a decent set of glasses with no-line bifocals. Another mall retailer sold me glasses that after three different sets of lens just gave up. The folks at Pearle got it right the first time, adjusted my old glasses so I'd have a spare back up pair and set me up with some outstanding clip-on sunglasses. My wife was so impressed she filled her prescription with Pearle also. The manager, Tammie, was outstanding as was all her staff. Need glasses...go see Pearle! read more

They need better customer service and to train their eye glass technicians better. She was completely clueless as to how our insurance worked, and didn't listen when I told her I couldn't afford one option and needed to go with another. The doctor took less time examining my children than he did having me fill out paperwork, and didn't discuss anything with me at all. They were supposed to mail me my items over a week ago, and when I called to find out where they were, I discover that they are still sitting on their desk. Awesome. Way to go. Very pricey-a pair of average-quality frames is over $200! And ugly sunglasses for over $300. I've experienced better service, and every time I try to call the phone rings for what feels like an eternity. They seem to always have my information wrong, or my name spelled incorrectly. All they have to do is copy my name from my insurance card...it's not that difficult. And I have a simple, obviously female name, but I'm always referred to as "sir." On the bright side, they weren't upset when I had to reschedule an appointment. That always helps, because I always feel guilty doing that. read more

Great place for all your eye needs. My family and I have been going to them for years. My daughter's last pair of glasses didn't work for her and her eyes wouldn't adjust. After more than 30 days they tested her eyes again adjusted her prescription and gave her new glasses that worked perfect for no charge. Thank you pearl vision. read more

My 19 year old daughter went in for a eye exam covered by insurance ..Unfortunately I could not attend because I was work...my insurance covered the exam but doctor kept telling her she needed extra testing which would cost more out of pocket ..she was upset but he was strongly urging these procedures when she didn't want them because she's a student and has little money...When I called they were rude to me and talked over my head so be cautious of them trying to empty your pockets... read more
