They also replaced some of my vinyl siding and metal trim, it was very hard to find someone who was proficient and willing to do so but Aaron pulled through. He communicates well, shows up on time, goes over every piece of work they've done with you to make sure you're happy with everything; if you aren't he will make sure you are. I also asked him to let me know if he saw any other things that might need work, he saw a few things, explained what was going on and what the options would be. He did not try to up-sell me whatsoever or try and convince me to do them with any type of pressure. After getting quotes from 4 people, he wasn't the highest, he also wasn't the cheapest (a good thing IMO) but he was one of the few insured companies, knew what he was talking about, and got the job done on time. I'll definitely be having him out to install some new doors come springtime.

Have 3 other posts where the cement was above the ground around the posts. Never heard back from Tom to let me know what the owner had to say about the other 3 posts and cement showing. My 20-year-old cedar fence started to collapse this summer; I contacted Valleywide in July of 2024…read more I said I wanted a new cedar fence, so I was referred to a contractor, as VW told me they specialize in vinyl and metal fencing. The contractor finished in August, and I wasn't amazed with the quality of the fence; he himself said, "this is the worst wood I ever received from Lowe's". And yet, my fence was put together with the sub-par wood. Fast forward two months later, my gate attached to the fence broke due to the wood splitting exactly where the gate latch attaches to my fence. I called the contractor, as he told me he would guarantee his work for one year. He did not answer, and I was not able to leave a voicemail, so I texted him on 10/17/24. I did not receive a response, so I called VW and spoke to a person, who was sympathetic to my plight, however referred me back to the contractor reiterating that their specialty is vinyl and metal fencing; he did say though, he would try to contact the contractor in person. I heard nothing. I texted the contractor again on 11/14/2024. On 11/18/2024, he responded and said he would stop by on 11/19/2024 to take a look at my fence. He did not show, and he did not contact me. I texted him again on 12/13/2024 again asking for help with my broken gate; he did not respond. It makes me sick to my stomach to think about the amount of money I spent for a brand-new fence, which I am overall not amazed with, and a gate which broke two months later. Nobody seems to care enough to help me. I understand that VW does not specialize in wood fences, however, it would be nice if they stood by the work of the contractor THEY referred me to. And now I likely have to pay someone else to help me. It's beyond upsetting.

Another company…read morethat actually came out and looked at the work I needed, said he would call in about 2-3 days with the estimate. Its now been 7 days. Ok, now on to All Property Maintenance. I was initially impressed, this was the first company I called and answered with the name of the company. Most of the places I called were answered with a dull, "hello!" With me having to ask if this was the business I was looking for. I contacted All Property Maintenance via Yelp. I received an email later in the day asking me to call to setup a time for him to come out. The next morning I called leaving all my information again. Ok, its been only one day. But if I was in any way related to this business, I would not have asked a potential customer to call me, I would have called or had someone call for me as soon as possible. After all, we are only talking about a five minute call. I think my best bet now is to go to a home improvement store I noticed online stating they may carry some vinyl siding and do the job myself. I would have paid a decent price for the job but its not worth it when you deal with people who have no idea how to run a business.
