I was not rushed, my questions were answered honestly, and I was able to sit and "play" with a couple of the models. I had questions regarding Baby Lock and all were answered without pressure to buy from them vs "the other store". We visited the other store, and within 10 minutes, I knew I'd be going back to Hi Fashion. My husband and I went back to purchase a new Baby Lock. We pulled up and went in, telling one of the ladies we're back to buy the Meridian2! As we were wrapping up the sale, a woman came in and she was told "I'm sorry but we're closed." She mentioned she was needing one spool of thread. They were kind and helped her also. We thought they closed at 3pm, but they closed at 2. Never once were we made to feel rushed.
