Great place to go for kitchen and bathrooms if up you are undergoing or starting home renovations. They have more options than you could ever want for a bathroom or kitchen. Customer service is incredibly helpful, they will walk you through every facet of options, finishes, etc. I would suggest making sure you give yourself plenty of time when going here. Also it may be a good idea to set up an appt with someone before you go in. All of them are really great. I worked with Michael McGrath he was incredible and so helpful. So, after the fact of delivery, I had an question with my kitchen sink and disposal hookup. I called the showroom to find out about it. Michael couldn't answer me right away, (my plumber was waiting to finish the job) but he said that within 30 minutes he would get back to me. He did, and definitely was not only able to solve the problem, but give me the vendor representative from that company to talk directly to my plumber on how to resolve the problem. The customer service here is A+. I'm a happy camper and I recommend them highly for all your kitchen and bathroom needs. read more

Don't waste your time here. Walked into the showroom with no other customers present. 3 employees were sitting at their desks and not one greeted / looked up/ showed the slightest amount of interest or connection to their job. After walking the minimal selection of a showroom for a few minutes I had to engage one of the wet blankets. I had to formally sign in and was brought over to someone sitting at their desk. I asked a few general questions to understand how they work since it looked like a place you go for strictly custom work as there weren't many options. The woman at the desk attempted some condescending responses with a mix of "you should really have your tile samples with you to go any further." The samples were in the car but she sure gave me a nice exit route without having to tell her how I really felt about her level of service and lack of. It's 2018 and this place seems to be stuck in 2009. With a new generation of homeowners coming they need to fix themselves to survive. read more

Was recommended here by my contractor. I arrived with my mom and two kids. The receptionist with an attitude, asked me if my baby will be sleeping my entire visit and if he would cry if he wakes up. I was immediately turned off. After seeing some extremely expensive fixtures we said thank you and left. I was then told how well behaved my children were. I don't know what they expected but I was super turned off from that first comment. Too bad we redid 3 bathrooms. read more

I ordered a custom make vanity and when it's come in the doors was discolored. When I called to discussed I was told sometime the tree color is different from tree to tree I think that was the most ridiculous thing I heard of and I had to wait a extra 6 weeks for the new doors, very disappointed and some of the employees were very rude. I love working with Candace in Yonkers. She sold me Franke products that work beautifully with my new, custom kitchen. I was a pain in the *** and she was very patient with me. We spent a lot of time and a lot of money buying our shower hardware and sink hardware and toilet at Grande Central Showroom. The salesperson was great to work with or so I thought and seemed to be knowledgeable. However things went wrong from the get-go. I gave her my requirements for the shower head and for the handheld. Only when both were installed that I realized neither met my requirements. When I called she said that the vendor was there with her at the moment and when I spoke with him he said he would help me and I never heard from him. I had the shower head installed anyway and within a week the whole thing fell apart. Called again, they would not back it up and told me I had to call the manufacturer. Plumber had to come again to take it out which incurred another fee. So know I am stuck with a handheld that does not meet my requirements and shower head that was totally defective and additional plumber costs. 1 Year later the vanity that was thousands of dollars also started falling apart. I called them again and explained and again they would not help me told me I had to call the manufacturer. Manufacturer stood behind their product but would not pay for labor. So now I am out another $400. for labor. I reached out to Barry (owner) quite a few times but he did not respond. Then I found out that my cousin who purchased his bathroom needs there was sold the wrong part and when he went to return it they charged him $75.00 because he did not have the box. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They do not back up their products. Their customer service sucks and I wish I could opt to give them no stars rather than 1. read more

If your thinking of going to the Grande Central in Spring Valley, NY DON'T! Their prices are high and the customer service is horrendous. Once they have your money they do not care about you. The worst one is Allyson she does not know what she is doing. My contractor has even stated that he wouldn't deal with this company. I recommended a friend of mine and she stated that it was the worst experience of her life. She decided to go with another company and she is glad that she did.
