The grounds are well-kept, and the docks are maintained and kept bug free for the most part. If you are a fisherman, this is a great marina to start from. A lot of big bass tournaments start from this marina One of the things that attracted us is that we have a Suntracker tritoon boat. As they are a white river dealer, they sell and service our brand boat ... so for us, it was the right place to be. This Marina is easily accessible from Bernice Oklahoma, and is in an excellent place on the lake as far as accessing North and South Grand especially the areas around Shangri-La and Duck Creek.

I pick up my bike, paid an arm and a leg and went home. Then a couple days later it was the weekend and I went for a motorcycle ride on my bike with my brand new chain. I was excited. I don't ride off-road much so here I am cruising down the road at 65 miles per hour when my chain just exploded off. It missed my leg by a hair and I almost crashed and could have died. It's a brand new chain mind you. So I called and left a message. I waited a week and got no call back. Then I called and left another message. Waited 1 more week with no reply. So at that point I decided to write a review and I did. The n zt day I got an extremely rude phone call from the owner Neil. I answered the phone and instead of asking me if I'm OK from what happened to me, all he was concerned about was that I left a bad review. He said, WTFMF?! That's effed up you gave me a bad review. Can you believe the nerve of this piece of S?? He said chains break all the time! What a load of bs. A brand new chain doesn't break on the first ride. PLUS, THEY RIPPED ME OFF. I researched the chain and discovered he ordered a cheap version from Amazon that cost like $40. DONT EVER BRING ANY OF YOUR POWER TOYS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AND/OR POSSIBLY LOSE YOUR LIFE. I REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB and I hope people read this because it could save your life. Never Going Here Again. This place is a joke and they don't know what they are doing and don't care about customer safety. Plus, it's waaaay overpriced. What a rip off!!

Worked with my warranty company. I didn't have to deal with any of it besides paying my parts I picked up the truck. Since they didn't have the one we wanted in stock, they found one and immediately did a trade with another dealership an hour away. It was then waiting for us the next day. Then this morning we call them saying we have decided against the Jeep and would be buying a Chevy (fortunately Vance owns that dealership too.) But in the end, we bought a 2500 Ram Laramie w/a turbo diesel. All the while even though I'm sure there was a lot going on behind the scenes, we knew their #1 priority was that we got what we wanted. Hayden in Finance and A.T. the sales manager worked with us to get a good deal, and we drove away super happy. Please note Vance offers a drivetrain lifetime warranty on most of their new vehicles., a big plus! Plus they will do what it takes to make sure you feel comfortable and clear in your decision to buy a new vehicle. We never once felt pressured or that we caused any inconvenience. I just opened it up today April 4, 2024 and found that it had not been winterized and haa burst pipes in the wall behind the shower. On top of that, the water pump does not seem to be working. I called him immediately and he was not willing to do a thing. This is the worst kind of salesman. He came across as an honest nice guy, but was just saying what he needed to make the sale. Don't be fooled by this snake!

We went in today to visit with Les to figure out how to resolve the issue of the broken parts and Les screamed at us through the window that we could warranty out the parts and it wasn't his problem. Les Held up the paper that my husband signed yesterday to get his refund for the alignment and said that my husband signed the paperwork and it wasn't Les' problem. Les ran out the door after my husband and attempted to open the door while his wife screamed at us calling us tweakers. All we wanted was info on how to correct the broken parts, not a brawl. Completely unprofessional. We will not be back. Money isn't the principle, we got our money back. Disrespect and the way people are treated is important when running a business.
