After the showing, I reached out with a professional list of questions regarding repairs, cleaning, and move-in expectations before submitting sensitive application documents. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response by phone, text, or email during business hours. I also attempted to contact the office directly and did not receive a callback. I understand rentals move quickly and no property is perfect, but communication and professionalism matter especially when prospective tenants are expected to provide personal financial documents and application fees.
