Shoutout to knowledgeable Julian in the store who showed me various replacement doors and quartz samples, Diane, who helped with design questions, Nelson, the company's owner, who brought samples to our home and accompanied me to look at quartz slabs and made fantastic suggestions (i.e., cabinet conversions to pullout drawers), Fernando, who reconfigured my plumbing to accommodate my new sink, Caesar and his crew, who removed my Corian countertops and backsplashes and installed my new quartz, "Mr. Magic", Eddie, who singlehandedly removed my old doors, converted cabinets to drawers, and built an additional pantry; each providing quality workmanship while always being meticulous. Nelson was on top of everything and responded immediately to my texts and phone calls. Signed the contract 7/29, was told work would begin 8/25. The quartz and plumbing were done 8/25-26, deconstruction and construction of cabinetry was done the following week and the entire project was completed in an extra 1/2 day. The quality of the replacement cabinet doors and drawers with soft close is beyond excellent and the newly built items are of superb craftsmanship. All members of the crew were friendly, trustworthy, wonderful to work with and cleaned up everyday so we could utilize the kitchen sink and live dust free. Nelson, the owner, stays on top of everything so the project is right on schedule. We liked him immediately. Love the beauty and quality of our new kitchen and highly recommend this business. They scheduled me quickly for installation the following week -- and that's where the problems began. On the day of my scheduled install, no one showed up. I called and texted the office multiple times and got no response. Hours later, I finally received a text telling me to "check my email." The email -- sent the night before at almost midnight -- claimed they couldn't come because "some guys had family issues." No phone call, no proper notice, and no courtesy to notify my contractor who was already at my home waiting. They rescheduled for the next day. Again -- no show. No calls, no texts answered, nothing. Then I received photos of a "work truck accident" as an explanation for the delay. After looking into it, the picture they sent me was from February 2024 -- not from that day. They passed off an old photo in an attempt to excuse another no-show. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. They rescheduled yet again for 8:30 AM the following morning. And guess what? No show -- a THIRD TIME. I had already paid 75% upfront, so at this point I honestly thought they were scamming me. They only communicate by text, and every response took forever -- extremely unprofessional for a business handling thousands of dollars in customer projects. After requesting to speak with Amber the manager (who never called me back), a technician suddenly called me (only phone ever received from that company) that he was "on the way." He arrived over two hours late. TOPS reflected what used to be customer service in this country. I had an issue. Keep in mind TOPS and the "P" place do not install, they only sell the cabinets. After visiting the TOPS location to address my issue the store manager came to my home to look at the problem. He addressed and resolved it. The problem was largely my general contractors installation. Since I paid to have the cabinets put together by TOPS I thought it was the assembly and placement of the drawer tracks; it wasn't, but the manager addressed and corrected my issues. You cannot buy this kind of service. You either get it or you do not. When I had an issue with the cabinets I purchased at the "P" place I made six (6) trips of 35 minutes each trip to their location seeking resolution. Communication was awful, promises were not kept, and the quality of work does not match the amount of money paid. Now I'm left having to redo work that should have been done correctly the first time. Perfection Kitchen and Bath should be named "Imperfection Kitchen and Bath"…read more I completed a total renovation for the Primary bathroom and had new tile and a new vanity done in my Powder Room. Both vanities were made the wrong size. The one in the Primary bathroom was 5 inches too large even though the wall was measured several times. It had to be cut down and it is still one inch larger than the wall is. The one in the Powder room was made too small and the owner Alex refused to make a new one the correct size. Instead a filler piece of wood was mounted onto it. If you are a woman alone, definitely stay away from this company. I was talked down to by both the owner Alex who once told me to "mind my own business" and by workers who walked into my home and told me "I'm not going to paint your closet door, I'm only going to clean it because I'm not being paid to do this job" and "I'm not going to regrout the Primary bath (after they had dirtied it because they didn't cover the new tile floor and grout when installing the oversized vanity which they then cut on top of the new tile and grout without covering it with paper to protect it) I'm only going to clean it". I was told the job would take 45 days and it took 91 days not including the day they had to come back to redo what they should have done in the first place. The week before Christmas, the week of Christmas and the week of New Years no one showed up to work. There was another week within my 91 days that no one showed up as well. When the workers did show up, they had an attitude that they were doing you a favor. My house was left filthy. Do yourself a favor, get a contractor and go buy your tile, lighting, vanities, hardware and shower equipment at Todel in Gulfstream in Hallandale Beach. Beautiful store!
