We had them do a complete Kitchen remodel 1 year ago. The product itself and Susana whom helped us during the process was amazing. The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache. read more

This is a VERY reputable family owned kitchen design business ranging from a basic renovation up to a very high end kitchen renovation and design!! They constantly keep you updated throughout the entire project. They were able to come up with suggestions that I never could have thought of. Leave it to the experienced and experts!!! Susana was terrific. She came to our house to measure and gave us suggestions for our countertop and backsplash. We had gone to many fabricators and companies that sell slabs and Susana was competitively priced with all of them. She recommended a wonderful fabricator. Unfortunately the slab we had installed was damaged in the stone itself but Susana and the fabricator took care of everything, replaced the defective slab and our kitchen came out beautifully. It is easy for companies to be good when things go smoothly. How Susanna and the fabricator handled the entire situation is what separates them from others. Grandview is an appropriately named store if you need a new kitchen. My new kitchen is now Grand and the View is gorgeous! From the time we walked into Grandview with only questions and curiosity, Susana and her team gave us VIP treatment. From the design phase all the way through completion, I never had a concern or worry about timing, materials, installation, subcontractors or any other detail associated with the project. Ours was not just a simple cabinet replacement job. We needed a complete overhaul! Susana walked us through the entire design process with skill and expertise. The job included having mirrors removed (a lot of them!) a wall removed, soffit removed, ceiling replaced, complete cabinet removal and installation, island installation, granite countertop installation floor tiles, new backsplash and more. We needed Susana's expert GC and his plumber, tile expert, counter installation company and electrician. Each step of the way was extraordinarily smooth. We were consulted on every detail. Their showroom had lots of options and ideas to review. She was easy to communicate with in person, by phone, or by email. All work scheduled in 1-2 week of picking product which was SO fast!. I was referred to Susanna and Grandview kitchens by another contractor. Susanna came that very day, gave us great ideas and a very fair and reasonable estimate. From picking out our granite and backsplash to completion of our kitchen, things ran smoother than I could have ever imagined. Susanna gave me a timeline including what days I would need to reserve the elevator, exact dates and times that sub contractors would arrive and exactly what to expect on each day. Having never been through construction before, I was very anxious and nervous. Susanna ALWAYS responded to my numerous calls and emails in a most timely manner. Satisfied and counter tops look beautiful. Pros: 1.) Susana brought samples out when she came to provide the estimate. I ended up choosing one of her samples and the counters are beautiful. 2.) They handled the removal and re-installation of the cabinets in order to install the new counter tops and did a great job. 3.) They provided and stuck to a quick schedule. 4.) Communication was great throughout. 5.) Came back out to fix an issue with a seam Cons: 1.) They were on the upper end of the cost estimates I obtained but I chose them for their attention to detail 2.) If doing new counter tops, discuss seam placement, seam adhesive and ask for a sample of what it will look like. They initially used a dark adhesive in my white quartz counter-tops but they came back out to fix that post-completion. Save yourself time and discuss and review seams in advance. Overall, I would recommend Grandview Kitchens and Susana has a good eye and recommendations. Their workmanship was high quality and my counters look beautiful. read more

No Questions Please! About a year ago, we visited the showroom and were very pleased with the salesperson that assisted us. She seemed very knowledgeable of their products and offered great ideas on possibilities for our kitchen renovation. We set up an appointment for measurements and an estimate, communicated a few times via email but strangely once we started asking questions communication ceased completely lol. My husband jokingly called it a "Soup Nazi" moment. I didn't know what to make of this bizarre situation but to simply conclude that this snobby place was not interested in during business with us....Perhaps they anticipated we would be difficult to work with. This was our first major renovation and I'm glad we moved on with another company that addressed all our concerns and offered us even better design options. With so many places to choose from...Solid Customer Service and Satisfaction should be priority in any business. A blessing in disguise for us... Nonetheless, we've now been enjoying our stunningly beautiful newly renovated gourmet kitchen completed elsewhere :) read more

Susana disappeared on us after two meetings and initial cabinet plans done. I would love to have commented on the quality of their work except we never heard from her again. One of the oddest experiences I've ever encountered, not to mention horribly rude and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company given this example of their customer service. My wife and I had our Kitchen and all our bathrooms done by them and they were better then great, they were as good as it gets. Now we are re-doing our master bath shower, removing our tub and putting in a walk in and walk out huge shower. Plus we are replacing some floors. The selection is amazing and Susanna has this innate ability to know not only your style but coordinates everything so you know it will be gorgeous. Years ago I went all over Palm Beach and nobody gave me that sense that I am super important like they did. Frankly they are the best of the best and if you visit their showroom and get some work done you won't be disappointed.
