    Chris B.

Very pleased with our new kitchen. Clean and efficient prep and installation. Installers went above and beyond and installed some previous cabinets in the garage. Owner very nice and helpful from design to finish. I recommend highly!

Still waiting on them to give me a new drawer- the first one had a huge scratch. It's been 3 weeks and no drawer.

I'm torn. I want to give a higher rating, but the customer service or lack of it is what keeps this rating so low. Let's start with the positive. The cabinets are great, good quality and a great price (we checked Lowes, Ikea and even online wholesalers- nothing came close). I love the look and feel of them. But let's all get real, Lundy and her team didn't make the cabinets. They just sell them. I have waited a while to write this for several reasons. One, I needed to cool down. I didn't want to write an angry review. Two, I've been waiting on Lundy to do the right thing and fix some issues. Our contractor warned us about Lundy, he said that her prices are great but make sure you double check her work when she is choosing the cabinets. She made a few small errors. And with cabinets, 24 inches isn't the same as 22 inches. Remember in middle school and our math teacher would say "close doesn't count'? This is exactly what she meant. But we caught the mistakes early so no big deal. I will say, Lundy sat with us for almost 2 hours helping us design and perfect our kitchen. I wanted uplift cabinets to hide my microwave in it. She didn't understand. Took us a while to get her to realize what I wanted. Tip- bring lots of pics of what you want. Things didn't go south until our cabinets were delivered. When we found scratches and chips in the cabinets, we were told 'they aren't a big deal... ALL cabinets come with a little scratch". Really? ALL cabinets come with scratches and chipped? Come on? Where was a big scratch on the front of a drawer. I was told "it's ok, I turn the drawer upside down- you can't see it". I wish I took a picture of the look on my face when the installer said this to me. I thought I was on an episode of Punk'd or Boiling Points. Is this guy serious? I spent thousands of dollars and you think an acceptable resolution is to turn the drawer upside down so the scratch isn't as noticeable? I told him to take it back. He finally agreed. On 2 cabinets, the edging was peeling up and chipped. We were told that they were going to remove the edging and replace it when they came to install the handles. Once the installer arrived. He laughed... Yes, you read correctly. He laughed and said "its ok... cause the countertop will cover it". Here's the thing... I didn't pay for damaged cabinets or used, I bought new cabinets. I expect new cabinets. Am I asking for too much? He said he would use super glue to fix it and a white wax to fill in the chipped parts. My concern is that if the edge is peeling now, if moisture get in it will peel even more. When I called Lundy to express that I was upset, she never apologized, never tried to find a resolution. In fact she blamed our contractor. She then hung up on me. What kind of customer service is that? This is where it gets good... Lundy's installer installed our pullout drawers. One didn't work, he tried to argue with me that it's ok. Finally he fixed it. Then I noticed that one pullout drawer didn't match the others. All were white, but one had natural wood mounting sides. I pointed this out to him and again, he laughed. He said 'it's ok, but you have soft close". I know I have soft close because I ordered soft close. He then argued with me that the drawer came like that from the manufacturer. I said, "I get it, but someone made a mistake. But I want them all to match. Fix it." After about 10 minutes of going back and forth, he finally agreed to get me a new one. Getting something like this fixed shouldn't be such a big argument. After he left I noticed that one of the handles was crooked. After an hour of a text war (like middle school children), sending pictures and asking her to replace the one cabinet front- she agreed. Only later to tell my husband that they will find a way to fix it instead of replacing it. I don't want to drill a new hole in the cabinet and then putty over it. It's their mistake. Again, no sorry. I'm waiting on Lundy to agree to replace (not re-drill a hole) in the cabinet door. Despite all of this, our kitchen looks great. We have had friends who have used them and never had issues like this. But they were flipping a house, so maybe they weren't as picky about scratches and crooked handles. Lundy does have someone who works for her that is really nice and helpful. Unfortunately, she doesn't let this employee handle or make any important decisions. Lundy you need to learn to communicate better, respond in a timely fashion and work on your customer service. You have a great product- too bad you have such a bad attitude. ** Update--- I wrote this on a Friday. I waited until Monday to see if her installer would show. For the second time, she has cancelled on us.

    Nice front look though

I had already visited several big-box stores, but so many people insisted Rosner's was *the* place to go that I made the 50-minute drive. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the hype. The moment I walked through the door, I was approached by several salespeople at once. Instead of feeling welcomed, it immediately put me on edge -- it honestly felt more like walking onto a used-car lot than an appliance showroom. One salesperson eventually stepped forward, but the interaction didn't improve. There was no smile, no warmth, and no attempt to connect. I work closely with sales professionals every week, so I understand the role -- but basic approachability matters. I even tried to break the ice with a bit of humor, but there was zero engagement in return. When I mentioned I was interested in a Samsung refrigerator, I was told Rosner's doesn't carry Samsung because they "can't be serviced if there's an issue." That was enough for me to end the visit. I ultimately purchased the Samsung refrigerator from a big-box retailer, complete with warranties, free delivery, installation, and removal of my old unit -- services Rosner's charges extra for. In the end, I didn't find better pricing, better selection, or a better sales experience to justify the trip. I'm genuinely puzzled as to why Rosner's is so frequently recommended. Constructive feedback: Rosner's should identify sales staff who struggle to connect with first-time customers and invest in basic customer-experience training. A little friendliness -- even a simple smile -- would go a long way.

All had pretty good pricing but their installation and delivery times were farther out than I would have liked. I then remembered Rosner's, where I had purchased a couple of appliances in the past. Reached out to them, explained my situation and they basically guaranteed me installation within 24 hours and the same price as from the big box stores. On delivery day everything went well, they showed up exactly as promised and got the unit installed quickly, I was really happy with the service. I definitely have to remember to use them in the future and not reflexively go with the chain stores. Overall I'd give them a solid five stars.

*This review is my experience only. If you are a contractor, it may be very different. But beware,…read morethe Little Guy... *Bought a new air conditioner fan motor from them with written specs from the repairman who was to install it. When I got home I found it was the right fan, but wrong mount for my unit. Simple enough. I called to tell them so that I could exchange it for the correct side mount (stated on the paper I gave them) and was very rudely told that all sales were final and they would not make an exchange. They actually said that their mistake was my responsibility because I should have opened the box and inspected the contents before I left their store (note to self: next time, study up on fan motors and bring box cutter when shopping). I went back in with my son and got the same runaround from the parts manager who had the gall to tell him that they discouraged me from making the purchase-absolutely untrue. I bought a fan elsewhere from a remarkably courteous company. *I was so hopping mad when I got home, I called Action's home office in Margate, where a manager berated me for wasting his guys' time, and now his, chastised me for not caring about him, or his store, or his bottom line (huh?) and said I shouldn't be shopping in a wholesale supply store. After more ranting, he demanded I give him my name and number or he would hang up. I said I couldn't believe a business person would be so rude to a customer and click- he hung up on me. *Sir, the sign on your building does not indicate that non-contractors are not allowed, nor did your employees inform me or refer me to another store. If you don't want us there, put a Contractor's Only notice on your building. You said you couldn't believe I was wasting your time making you consider a $65.00 purchase (which may mean nothing to you, but is 20 gallons of gas to me). The only person who's time (and money) was wasted was me, and any reasonable person would have apologized and corrected their error on the spot. I hope that you and your Lake Worth store's extraordinary arrogance was worth the bad review I am going to post on every business website I can find online. *BTW while I was there, an elderly gentleman came in for assistance in getting a plunger for a clogged toilet. He received the same rude attitude and no help. *My advice: If you're not a contractor, stay far away
