It's devastating to hear the news that a loved one is nearing the end and there is nothing else doctors can do. After being informed that my father would be discharged, I immediately began looking for a hospice. I came across Angel's Smile and my initial consultation was with Rose who was sympathetic, patient, and explained the services offered as well as answered all my questions I spoke to Rose around 4:30 pm and she told me my father could be home that same evening. I was ecstatic to hear this because dad had been alone in the hospital because of the COVID pandemic. A hospice ambulance picked up my father from the hospital and when he arrived at our home, a bed & other equipment had already been delivered. Serine, a registered nurse was waiting. She assessed my father and helped us get him settled, went over my father's plan of care, scheduled nurse visits etc. She was amazing! Sarkis and Susana, the head nurses, were available 24/7. When medications were prescribed or refills needed, they were delivered at our doorstep. Once my father reached critical care, nurses were assigned around the clock. Susana had even arranged for my father's personal cardiologist to make a house call, but unfortunately he passed two days before. Throughout the whole, process, Rose was in regular contact with us and whenever we needed anything, she was there, advocating for us and always offering words of comfort. She even took the time to visit our home! Overall, I cannot say enough. The Angel's Smile team was incredible! Ironically, when dad passed, he had a smile on his face.

The nurses always professional, on time and yes even wth my extensive clinical experience I had to contact them on a couple of occasions to ask a question they'd I'd not care if they were on call they returned my call or would come over if my concern seemed warranted. The PT AMIR is fabulous. The 1st PT that actually did some good at home. Explained the why we were doing the specific exercises which I appreciated. Incredible gifts for me.
