We were able to limp to Black River Falls on battery power, and lo-and-behold right at the exit I found Gross Chevy, et. al. Less than 2 hours before closing, they squeezed me in to verify the problem and got the part on order for delivery first thing the following morning. It was 90 degrees out, and they allowed us to bring our 5 dogs...yes, 5...into the Service Department office to take advantage of the A/C during the diagnosis. And on top of that, they allowed us to plug in on their lot so we could run the our A/C and "camp" overnight. They even offered a courtesy car so we could go out for dinner! All repaired and we were back on the road before noon the next morning. Five stars for their service, hospitality, and accommodations. If I could, I'd give them an extra star because they had Green Bay Packer items scattered around the office!
