Both times the quality of work I have received has been excellent! They are always pleasant. In fact, they rushed to meet my deadline. They sincerely wanted to make me happy. Service has long been a lost art in our society and when it is discovered in a company, loyalty is the result. I am loyal to Chattanooga Granite and Marble. I am constantly telling others to use them. Another reason, and I might say a very important one, that I use them is the uniqueness of their stone. You might be able to find average stone in the home improvement stores, but you cannot find the beauty and the uniqueness of a stone offered by Chattanooga Granite and Marble. You can bring your own template and lay it on the stone and see what your project will look like! Try to do that at the everyday home stores. One of the projects we used them for was HUGE counter height island that seats seven. After installation I saw that it was perfect and for a perfectionist like me that's saying a lot. I had brought them a sink I had picked up at an auction, and they observed a scratch on it. They called me! I went and looked and decided not to use it. And the cabinets were/are under warranty. They also sold me shelves that were rounded. Square shelves were delivered. I was told that they realized after selling them to me that they did not make rounded ones in the style I ordered so they substituted the round ones. They did not let me know of the substitution and would not let me return them for another option. They sold me three 2x4s for just shy of $1200 that were never used in the project. Would not let me return them. Told me it was my fault for not reviewing the documents with enough care and I had signed off on the project as is. I am a retired school teacher not a cabinet maker. There is more but this seems like enough to make my point. Terrible experience. I took my concerns all the way to the CEO and didn't get anywhere. All he did was send me a stock picture of some cabinets that didn't even look like mine to say it would work out.

That the work would be top quilty and professional. When the countertops were installed the caulking was not done correctly and some areas not done at all. I called Chris the installation manager about the issue but he refused to return my call. I had to take time off from work to go to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops about the issue. Even then I was not able to speak to Chris or any manager about the issue. When they came back to install the backsplash they brought the wrong backsplash to my house. Then when they did bring the right backsplash it was not what I had approved. It was missing an outlet cutout that I had called out on the slabsmith. I was reassured by Nayeli that the outlet was not missing and would be cutout. Now I'm stuck with a slab that I didn't approve. Went back to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops and asked to speak to a manager. Again I was denied the opportunity to speak to a manger about it. The missing outlet that the installer had to cut out because they didn't do it at the warehouse b Poor quality and not professional.
