The carpet installers felt it was appropriate to move all of my shoes from my bedroom closet, and throw them into a pile on the bathroom floor, then leave them there. Same place they felt it was appropriate to put our guitar and pillows. They also managed to drop my Christmas tree ornaments on the floor, and leave them there, completely shattered. I normally do not post reviews on a company, but felt I had to this time. I figured anyone that would treat a disable veteran bad would do anyone badly. I had hired Value Flooring to build some cabinets for me and put in new counter tops this year. I had ordered the cabinets in February 2021 and the counter tops the 1stweek of May 2021. I was told everything would be in within two weeks and installed. Two months later they advise everything is in and ready. So, they come out a take out my old counter tops and some cabinets due to other remodeling going on and are to be back that next week to finished the job. Three weeks later, they come to put it the cabinet tops. However, they then realize they were defective and have to reordered them (they had them in for over 3 weeks and no one looked at them). It took another 2 months for them to come in again. So, I was with a kitchen I could not use by then for almost 3 months from the time they torn out my other counter tops. However, the cabinets I had order had supposedly gotten wet during this time and they had to be rebuilt again. I was advised at this point; the labor would be written off due to all the issues that I had encountered (all the material had been paid for ahead of time). After this, the counter tops finally got installed but there were scratches all down the bar top. However, I was still waiting for the cabinets. The cabinets finally got installed about 2 weeks after this because they could not find the wood supposedly that was any good. Above this, I had to wait another 2 weeks to get the crown modeling I had ordered installed. With that said, I was cancelled out on 12 different times in getting the above work done. Usually, on the day they were to be at my home doing the work. I finally got the work completed in October 2021 almost 5 months later verses the 2 weeks I had been originally told. I went to speak with the owner who I had sent messages all through this to contact me, but he would never call. He then tries to bill me for labor cost after all this happen and his staff had told me there would be no charge. He gets upset at me tells me they would just come tear everything out and ask me to leave the store. Please keep in mind, I have never raised my voice to the man or was rude in anyway. He finally said there would not be any charge and if I was happy now as he escorts me out the door. I said yes and left. I had recommended many people to them over the last 2 years for business and would have continue to do busy with them if they had done me right. But after this experience, I would recommend going somewhere else with your business. As long as you do not have an issue, you are good as gold. However, you complain and hold them to their word you are the devil. read more

I am fairly new to the Cleveland area and bought an older home that needed new flooring. I used Value Flooring last year (2017) and returned to "hopefully" finish replacing the old flooring. Value Flooring has a great selection and were able to install within a week! I absolutely love my choices and even my contractor was impressed with the tile-look, tongue and groove, laminate I chose for part of my remodel. It is made of a pvc composite that is water proof and it looks like a genuine travertine/marble tile, great choice for my bathroom! I even found a one piece shower unit that is wider than the average which gives my family plenty of room! I especially like that the shower unit was in stock and I was able to stand in it to decide if it was what I wanted. I definitely recommend Tony and his staff to assist you with your remodel needs. read more

I have hired them twice once to do the upstairs of a house we are renovating and 2nd time to do the down stairs in the same house all with vinyl flooring they showed up to both on time. Everything was done on time and they did a great job. We couldn't be happier it looks beautiful. read more
