Best place to store your goods. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The unit was clean when we got there. The unit we rented had two doors so it was easy to access all our belongings. This is a wonderful storage facility! We are relocating to the Prescott area from CA. It was a real challenge finding storage for our home furnishings while looking for a new home in AZ. Luckily, I only sat on their waiting list for a week or so and I was thrilled when they called! Working with them and securing a 10x25-ft unit was a breeze. I have my own unique code to get through the gate, and our unit is super easy to access. The facility is very clean, and the office staff is very accommodating and friendly. I had previously signed up for another storage facility which was more expensive and not nearly as nice. Granite Dells feels clean and safe! If you can get a unit here you won't regret it! read more

I had to have Storage Space when our closing was postponed. We had TWO households of stuff due to our daughter's purchase needing to be cancelled after bad inspections. We got 2 10 X 25 Drive-Thru units plus an RV space for the fully packed vehicles. The manager loaned us a wrench (ours were packed for a Direct Move that didn't happen) to remove the bike rack from one vehicle so it wouldn't get stolen while we were at the hotel. The bathroom is SPOTLESS which doesn't seem like a big deal until you have driven 9 hours from Ouray Colorado & need to unload before dark. The Units were spotless! Ours had never been used but I saw the Management cleaning/disinfecting the adjacent units after the couple moved out. GRANITE DELLS STORAGE minimized our #CoVid worries with their immaculately kept facilities & office. The billing is easily handled online & we have ZERO problems with the keypad entry gates. There is room for moving trucks to maneuver. The people are great & respond quickly to inquiries & questions from lost travelers even after hours. I was disappointed there are no lights in the units for the money but some people say that is to keep people from working & living in units. There are cheaper units around IF any are available without driving to another city but we also worry about getting mattresses & upholstered furniture infested with insects, smelling of mold from leaking roofs or leftover animal scents or dander from previous tenants' belongings. With our allergies, the spotless & odor-free units are what we needed. read more

Great price, easy access and safe storage for our RV and personal storage. Large spaces and paths for easy parking and they have a dump station and fresh water. We also use their regular storage which is brand new and clean...and has a public restroom. Working with Kevin has been great. Granite Dell Storage in Prescott, AZ is hands down the BEST storage facility you will find in the Prescott area. Save yourself a lot of time searching other storage facilities. If you get put on the waitlist, don't worry at all, the list moves fast and Raine in the front office is on top of her game, priceless to this facility and just a wonderful human being. Did I mention, this is a new facility and the driveway construction in front of the storage units is craft fully designed for rain water to go down the middle of the driveway making it impossible for water to enter the storage units. read more
